Holy moly, this place is delicious 😋 This is a double review because I ate there for breakfast with a friend and lunch with the hubs. We said we would only try new places this round in PS but this place was too good not to return! For breakfast I had the single biscuit & gravy which had great seasoning, most times I find gravy to be so bland, not here. My friend had the Gouda omelet and said it was just stuffed with veggies 🍄 The coffee ☕️ was nice and I got one to go ➡️ My hubs and I returned for lunch, the place was just as busy but the wait was short and the service was quick and attentive. We even tried to guess Morgan’s nationality, he was nice enough to play along when we could not have been more wrong 😑 funny guy! For lunch I had the salmon 🍣 tacos and my hubs had the French dip, again totally on point (it’s was actually Toni @ Pagosa Nails that suggested the dip and it did not disappoint) No question as to why this place is one of the best in Pagosa 💜

This place is amazing! You won’t be disappointed. I have to mention that I’m coffee all the way, but their Chai was the best I’ve had. The skier sounds like it’s going to be too many different things, but it all worked perfectly together. The Gouda burrito was a really nice change to the basic breakfast burrito.

Super quick service for breakfast on a Saturday. The eggs Benedict were delicious and they even substituted gluten free bread. The waitress was very pleasant. Will definitely return.

We visited Pagosa Springs mostly for the Hot springs . Looking for breakfast, we were attracted to the name and, of course, the ratings. We ate on the patio. I had the oatmeal with cinnamon toast. The oatmeal was the perfect consistency and flavor. Raisins would have made it perfect. The cinnamon toast was wheat bread, I believe, with a cinnamon spread. Hubs had the hippie breakfast, the traditional eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes. His only complaint was the one slice of bacon.. I bought a straw hat from their merchandise and the hubs ordered the Pagosa Mimosa in order to get the “free” glass, which cost us $15. Morgan was our waiter and he was very attentive and fun to talk with. Aside from the cost of the mimosa and glass, they did not disappoint

Best overall experience! I travel a lot for fishing trips, which leads me to a number of mountain towns near rivers and lakes. This place is hands down one of the best overall breakfast experiences I have had, ever. The staff is warm/welcoming when you walk in, they immediately approached with a warm smile upon your being seated and brought you a menu and asked if they could start you with anything. They have just the right amount of options: variety, quality, but not overwhelming. The food came out pretty quickly, too, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was, like everything else, fantastic. Great ingredients and pancakes as an INCLUDED side option with corn beef and hash (often an up charge at places). The pancakes were delicious, by the way—perfectly fluffy and not overly sweet, but a hint of sweet. Add syrup and butter as desired. Overall, a fantastic experience. Oh, and the latte was great with numerous non-dairy milk options. I’m not much for lattes, but the white chocolate raspberry was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.

There was a 20 minute wait for a Wednesday morning brunch. The line was out the door, so we assumed the food was going to be fantastic like it was recommended. Unfortunately it took a while before we were serviced. The OJ was watered down. I had asked for, not over cooked eggs and they were rubbery. Ordered two separate plates and we both thought everything was bland, although the chili did give it some flavor. The staff was friendly, limited seating. The bacon was not tasteful as well as the sausage. Biscuits had sauce but were too mushy. Hash browns were burnt on the underside and undercooked. I couldn't tell if the syrup was sugar free (not a fan, for syrup).

Great place for breakfast/brunch. The Gouda omelette was excellent and filling. Same with the chile and gravy-smothered Southern burrito. Service was great. The server made excellent suggestions, including finishing the breakfast with an *insanely* tasty sticky bun topped with chopped pecans.

Limited seating options and wait are to be expected. The service after being seated was super slow. We got our mimosas after our food and the wrong order for at least one person. The food was tasty especially the salmon tacos. Wish it had more fish. The omlet was so small. Pagosa mimosa was fantastic when it came.

So glad we found this little gem. The Gouda omelet is everything! Also, best chai tea latte I’ve ever had. Great service. Quick turnaround. You won’t regret coming here :)

We were passing through Pagosa Springs and were looking for something with gluten free food. I got the short stack pancakes with chocolate chips and they were amazing! They were crispy and delicious :) definitely recommend!
