Really good coffee place to hangout with your loved ones. They do have good snacks option and a must visit place. We had some avocado toast and it was tasty. A good experience, casual crowd and a lot of students.

Great place. Come here regularly. Its a good spot to work /study/chill.

+) I loved their Belgian croissant. I love their bakery section. I like this place specially because they open late as well. I liked their matcha-latte (green tea latte)
-) But it's always crowded. They don't have many options for non-caffeinated drinks.

Big Mug coffee roasters sells pricey coffees and teas, along with expensive sandwiches and sweet snacks to go with them. The ambience is open with an industrial warehouse feel, with an outdoor marquee. The outdoor seating is hard, narrow, metal chairs - not ideal for any length of time - it's impossible to maintain good posture. On my last visit the black tea selection was almost non existent (so I settled for a green tea 🍵) and I waited outside for the tea to be prepared ( why is there a wait for a teabag in hot water?). I didn't tip and was given a scowl (they didn't have the tea I asked for that was on the chalk board menu, didn't know much about the tea I settled for, and I had to wait 5+ minutes for a teabag steeped in hot water). So, a pretty low score today (2*).

Always fresh coffee, the best almond croissant and very kind staff :)

This is my new go-to coffee shop in Silicon Valley. Nice atmosphere with lots of space and solid food/drinks. I think the egg sandwich is the best value on the menu, but the brick toast is also good if you have a sweet tooth. They’re open late, but beware - this place is usually pretty packed.

Coffee is great but cookies are awesome. Best cookies I have tasted so far . I highly recommend to try their cookies (warmed)

What I love about Big Mug is the ambiance together with the consistency in their drinks. I’ve been coming here for years, and is my goto cafe to just come by and chill, meet up with friends, sometimes even work!

They make a delicious matcha latte (I recommend with non-fat milk, 50% sweetness)

So glad I saw a review about this place. Had a delicious decaf cappuccino. Treats looked good too. Especially the waffle with ice cream. Have to try that next time

If you really want good, you should be here. If you want to get some work done with you coffee, come with a pair of ANC headphones. I have often encountered chatty people around if I were lucky enough to find a chair/table. But you can usually find a table if you wait a bit and maybe not come in a group. Love the coffee. Love their fruit toast. And the matcha is <3
