Very popular place, seatings are crowded and close together. However, my Earl grey ice tea was quite good, came in a big mug with its own tea bag. My friend enjoyed her ice coffee also. This place offers some Asian styled drinks.

I ordered pour over medium lasted coffee which they charged $5.5 including tax. Flavor was not what I was expected even though it seems they have roasting bean equipment inside.
Especially, tables are not up-to-date, its sticky. Bathroom not clean.
For comparison, I prefer to go to philz coffee.

Great coffee place with delicious lattes! Loved the garlic butter toast. Serving size is usually big compared to other coffee places which is great!

I ordered a cup of lemon honey tea which is one of the signature menu of this Cafe, as I know. I think they need to revise the name of menu to LEMON "RIND" HONEY TEA. Actually, I didn't feel any sweet flavor of honey, but hard to say it wasn't there since I couldn't see the brewing process. Highly recommend to someone who is loving "LEMON RIND" rather than "LEMON FLESH" and willing to pay $5 for this menu. I am quite sure to visit here once again when accompanying with my worst enemy in my life.

A new favorite, and still delivering! Their menu includes strawberry ricotta toast with honey, garlic honey toast (thick and cut into cubes), and excellent bagels.
Recommend you get one of their "Ades", delicious lightly carbonated drinks with citrus jam (marmalade...lemon-afe) etc. This location is by far the place for me... citrus, honey and tea. It might be the place for you too!

I would give 0 star if I can! I will never come to this place again. The Asian barista, Rebecca (got highlighted yellow hair), if I heard her name correctly, showed very bad attitude and rude to us. The thing is that we ordered dine-in glassware and they gave us paper cupped coffee. My husband went to ask why, they said their mug used up. However, i saw the barista was making a coffee in a mug so I went up to ask why, She said this was for a regular customer and cuz my husband was RUDE! My husband did nothing but asked her why we got paper cup instead of mug and we said nothing after she said mug was used up. Why is he rude? She refused to explain why she thinks my husband was rude and refused to talk. She treated new customer and regular customer (maybe she knows?) differently and is this fair? I would never come to this place anymore and will tell my friends this story and ask them not to come! BTW, I read some reviews about this place and found a lot of bad reviews of this Asian barista, she really should be fired because of her rude attitude!!!
Updates: Seems like I can't reply the management team‘s comment. With regard to my above review, yes, the manager did offered me new dine-in mug, refund and thanks. But the barista’s attitude really ruined my brunch experience here. My point is that :
1. That barista said they ran out of mugs while she was making coffee with a mug for a so-called “regular” customer, fair? Why you don’t buy more mugs so it’s enough for everyone?
2. That barista showed really bad attitude and said my husband was rude without explaining why, you can always get the surveillance video and check about my husband’s attitude and words. I'm not yelling at her, the whole thing is not about the mug anymore, it’s about her slandering my husband’s personality. I kept asking her why she said my husband was rude, I raised my voice because she ignored my question, refused to explain and kept doing other staff and leave me there very embarrassed, ok?
3. A lot of one-star reviews about your staff rude attitude and bad customer experience, you really should think seriously and deal with it!

Big Mug is the cafe that has been taken straight out of a movie, its rustic, warm and classic. (Whenever i go there for some reason it always reminds me of Luke's Cafe from Gilmore Girls). It has a lot of super cute features which is one of its big draw.
I ordered their latte and it was really good, the highlight is that they give you coffee in big colorful mugs! The staff is friendly, good and quick service, you wont have to wait long for your order. The place has plenty of seating but a lot of benches don't have back.
In terms of crowd, The place is very chatty and crowded most of the time so not recommended if you are planning to go and read something there.
Overall, I love this place and would go again for the coffee and the cute decor.

First time here. Green tea latte was beautiful and tasty as well as the salmon avocado toast. Ambience was quiet and decor was calming, but inspiring at the same time. Definitely will be coming here regularly.

The coffee is a little on the traditional (i.e. darker) side, but enjoyable nevertheless. Good fresh pastries.
