I have been here a few times now, and I enjoy the coffee and frappe. The ambience is nice and good place to hang out with friends. I always see people here with their laptops working. This seems like a comfortable place where we can work while having food and coffee. I would definitely recommend this place for dine-in and hanging out.

We have been visiting this cafe since many years. The lattes have been consistently great. This time, we got to try their new Tiramisu latte. It was like Tiramisu in a mug - very delicious. I've tried their regular lattes and mocha as well. Also, their garlic butter toast is a hit! This is one of our favorite coffee shops.

Love how spacious this place is ❤️ tons of outlet and seats. Atmosphere is very calming and free wifi. Definitely recommend those student/study/work life here. Definitely need to try their toast! Their Shakerato was very good too! Super strong if you need a boost mid-day

This is a really nice coffee shop with great place to sit and work. The best part about it is it's open until 11pm for the coffee lovers like me who feel like coffee after 10pm! The staff is super friendly and the coffee is amazing. Highly recommend this place for the vibe and coffee!

It’s a lovely place with good options for both breakfast and coffee. I’m not much of a coffee drinker but I did get a version of chai latte and boy I loved it. I always loved the smell of tea when it rains and rain makes the smell even better. I highly recommend Big Mug Coffee Roaster for people who are looking to have a good time. I’ll be coming back to the store soon. 🙂👍🏻

4.5/5: Bustling vibes, a couple unique drinks, well brewed coffee and tons of seating.

This place is the perfect spot to sit for a couple hours to get stuff done, while sipping on a great coffee. They have some great beans here, and I was served a pleasant pourover. They also do some unique lattes. I ordered a Little Italy, which is a tiramisu latte, and it was pretty tasty!

The vibes here also great for focusing on work. There's lots of tables and seats and there's extension cords everywhere. They've really thought through with the design here!

One con is that they do get a tad busy at times though. If you choose a bad time (as I did), you might have to wait a bit for your drinks and for a seat to open up.

Overall though, I enjoyed my time here!

Great cappuccino, good food! Was a bit of a wait but can't really blame them as they're popular which leads to being crowded. Great study spot for students, as well as just a morning brunch between friends. Parking can be a tad difficult as it's located in a plaza that is shared with Dollar Tree, and parking can be scarce at times.

I had a wonderful experience at Big Mug Coffee Roaster. The staff was very friendly and suggested me a hazelnut latte that was smooth and flavorful ☕️

I also ordered a smoked salmon avocado toast that was fresh and satisfying. The place has a great space for working or studying, with plenty of seats and outlets.

I would highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for quality coffee and food in Santa Clara ⭐️

Brew-tiful!

Nice vibes and good lattes. The service and food was eh compared to when I visited pre-pandemic. I ordered for here and was given a paper cup (alas, no big mug for me today). They also weren't serving pour overs today, which I found kinda odd for a coffee place. My waffle also came much smaller than expected and was basically frozen, not nice and toasty with syrup like I remember (see attached photo for what it looked like in 2019). Staff was nice enough to heat my waffle up. Better than Starbucks I guess but I miss the awesome pastries and genuine care for coffee and customers this place use to have.

A 5 dollar (without tip) americano has to be perfect.
Ordered at the machine, waiting time was reasonable.
Got charged 30 cents for milk, which was missing (no big deal). Ordered to dine in, got a paper cup (now it’s adding up).

The long table along the window is all sticky. We moved and all free tables were dirty, so I asked for ours to be cleaned. They did it immediately (nice!) but ignored the other tables, just did ours…

Used to be really good - 2019… haven’t been here for a while, it’s now 2023.
