Beautifully simple coffee shop with a simple list of drink selections. The staff is courteous and the coffee is really good. There’s can be a bit of a wait and it’s definitely not the cheapest coffee, but they have good coffee blends and you can taste it in the drink. Placed in the center of the shopping area. Has a lot of cute merch! Definitely recommend a more coffee focused drink (cortado or cappuccino) if you want to taste the coffee flavor.

Blue Bottle has become one of my favourite coffee chains, after trying it in Korea for the first time 3 years ago. So I always try to go if they have one near me whenever I’m travelling. My go-to drink is their New Orleans-style Iced Coffee with Oat Milk. It‘s a cold brew chicory coffee with just the right amount of sweetness.
This location got quite busy after lunch but service was still great. We got our drinks pretty fast. I also love how they don’t charge extra for oat milk here as well (although almond milk was $1 extra)
They don’t really have indoor seating but you can sit at the benches or chairs outside and just relax and people watch.

First time trying this coffee and I really liked the taste and the service was awesome, the gentleman at the register greet every single customer with a smile, and the girls serving the coffee very professional and helpful. They’re busy almost all the time. Prices are decent and affordable for where is located, right at the heart of Santana Row.

Excellent coffee but the staff can work on their attitude towards customers.
Beautiful murals on the walls opposite the coffee house make it very enjoyable while having your drink.

Indeed great handcraft coffee like how everyone rated it. But 40 mins wait time is not acceptable and they could have worked much faster from what I am observing. If you want your coffee fix better order in the app in advance and just go and pick up your order

A very nice and cozy place to have a snack, coffee and bread along Santana row. You can sit at the big chairs or benches and just relax and watch the passersby. A big tree gives a shade to the coffee shop

Nice shade for a coffee break. It has the best resting place as a coffee bar, thanks to the construcitons of Santana row. The queue is quite long on peak hours and seats are full of families. But if you got a chance to visit off-peak hours with blossom raining, it is a totoally different scene.

First time trying Blue Bottle Coffee and I enjoyed it. However, I ordered the New Orleans Style cold brew but didn’t get much of the chicory flavor which was a bit disappointing.
I also tried the caramel salted cookie (not photographed) and it was delicious!!!
Will def be back to try it again.

I love blue bottle coffee but I have to give a 2 stars to this location. I’ve been to several locations in the Bay Area many times, and this location is always the one provides late order (the time you get always 5-10 mins later than the pick up time); also, the barista here obviously don’t know how to do latte art, latte I got without any arts, see picture, is this a real blue bootle standard, please, even a simple shape. I hope this location can do proper training to their staff.

Great location. I have been here couple of times. Peak hours are always crowded. Be prepared to wait in long line. If you don't like strong coffee, give a try on their NOLA. It has chicory . I gave only 4 stars coz they did NOT serve it hot.
