This is NOT a Peets coffee. It's a corner of a grocery store with some branding and urns of old coffee that is mediocre at best. If you're expecting fresh roasted and ground coffee like at real Peets, you will be severely disappointed. It's almost a crime that they advertise this as a Peets.
When I walked in with my friend, Lisa only asked him questions and made his drink instantly instead of asking me anything. She didn't even look at me while I tell her I also want to order. When ordering, she keeps looking at my friend while asking questions about my order. Our drinks came out bad too which was disappointing. When we left, she gave us a side-eye. It doesn't help that I'm Asian and my friend is white.
It's a peets inside grocery store which is fine, they don't charge tax for your drinks. Beware that you cannot use your Peets gift cards here or check in the app for points. I waited a good 5 min at the counter until someone noticed to take my order Also the person who helped me didn't know what she was doing...mixing up matcha and chai. :((
Peet's delivers consistently high quality coffee, cycling through their popular roasts so the drip coffee is always fresh, strong and excellent. We buy our beans here, and come here for meetings and drink their brews. Sometimes it's too crowded. But if you like strong coffee, you can't miss here.
Closest Peet's to my house unfortunately. My area has been saturated by Starbucks. I have to resort to this little place inside a grocery chain. Well thank you for being here! I love their coffee. Staff at this location are nice. Seating is ample and ambience is actually nice.
This isn’t a store. It’s a small place inside a grocery store. I drove quite a ways for a cup of Peets dark roast coffee. The lady says “today we only have medium roast.” They have two pots I don’t see why they couldn’t have both. Anyways I ask for dark roast and she just keeps repeating herself. “Today we only have medium roast.” It was a take it or leave it attitude. Not what I’m used to at Peets. I love Peets but this isn’t Peets. Went to the Starbucks across the parking lot. They were out of dark but she immediately offered to brew more for me.
First I thought aw man I gotta go into the grocery store, but the breakfast burritos were amazing from Nob Hill, and the Peets coffee was as good as ever.
Completely messed up. My order had no shots of espresso not even taste like coffee taste like pure sugar and ice. Supssed 2 have three shots expresso. I doubt it even had one.

Doesn't taste like regular peet coffee. Ordered caramel macchiato but it tastes like pure sugar water

So, they do not accept Peet's Coffee gift cards in the Nob Hill Peets. In addition, the baristas cannot accept your tips either. Sad for them.
