The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Two days ago I got a blended drink and it tasted horrible , very disappointing in paying about $6.00 and I also saw how shift supervisors treat they employees I saw (Sam Shift supervisor) being rude to what looked like a new employee! I can’t believe they have shift supervisors like this employed

Awesome place. I can't go without my delicious Mocha. Finding this location made my day.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 1 drink in the drive thru and was ignored for the next 15 minutes. No drink, no explanation, nothing. Oh yeah, and that was after they took my payment. Did I mention, no refund? Don't ever go there. Stay away. Better yet, go to Starbucks.

My daughter loves Coffee Bean. But I’m sad to say that it’s much like Starbucks only the Coffee is moderately better. Same slow service, same ambiance, similar menu, just not as many. However if you like Starbucks you will like Coffee Bean. Not my cup of Tea.

I have only been to a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf twice before so I don't know the menu at all. Well, I pulled up to the drive-thru and after staving off cravings for three days I asked for something "Rich, dark, chocolatey, and cold. The barista knew the perfect thing: Cookie Crumble blended. It was perfect and REALLY hit the spot. The service was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The drink was perfect. It was a terrific experience.

Edit: Ryan helped me recently on 2-15-18 and was super awesome. Love this place!

Im sorry starbucks even though I frequent you often only because there isnt one in moreno valley open...yet. (Coming Soon). I have been here too many years and finally it is here. They are the only coffee company that has sugar free mix that taste good. I can actually enjoy a blended coffee that is not all sugar and makes my blood sugar go nuts, even if it is only once in awhile. Drawback...Expensive as the others. Try the black forest sugar free ice blend. Good service too.

Always better than Starbucks every time, from the quality ingredients to customer service ! I always recommend the vanilla latte (hot&cold) and the Carmel ice blended, waaaay better than the counterpart Carmel frappachino, you will agree with me when you taste the buttery sweet taste of the Carmel along with amazingly sourced vanilla powder! Try em!

Manager Andrea was rude, belligerent,unprofessional our whole law firm always gets coffee and other food items at least 2 x a week we will take our business to Panera hopefully the manager Andrea gets retrained or at best fired!!!
