The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Took a nice rest break here with a couple of friends. The food and beverages were above average and the customer service was most excellent. Such a clean place too. It is so nice to have The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in the area. Nice to finally have a choice; some real competition for that Star..., whatever, place. Welcome to the neighborhood, looking forward to a bright future with you.

Refreshing. I've heard of parents getting Puppichino's for their fur babies but I've never done it. They treated my little boy like the Prince he next is. Preciate that

It's so good!! The staff know me here because I love grabbing high caffeine coffee almost daily. I have also purchased their whole beans and they are also. When getting a bag of beans you get a free drink and they will grind the beans for you for free!!

im a 65 year old woman loved coming here with my husband every morning for a coffee and bagel but i will never be back! Andrea(her name tag said Drea)was rude,scary,demanding she had the audacity to say'hello are you deaf" as a matter a fact i am completely deaf in one ear it pains me to write this but this manager is not fit to fill that position i hope i get some type of response from coffee bean god bless

Inadequate customer service skills for employees working here.even though I was the only customer at the time ordering inside.I was told to wait so they can stand around.There were multiple employees there and not busy at all.So I left without ordering.

This place is so convenient! It's right in the center of the downtown Pedestrian Mall in Riverside, and it has all the coffee and tea that anyone would could want. Employees are nice and well dressed and furthermore one even open the door for me as I was leaving just because I was using crutches. Now that's service!

Hot Cookie Butter Americano is amazing and if you are sluggish and tired this will do the trick. Love it !!!!!!!! Highly recommend. If you like expresso.

Drive-thru is always busy, worth it tho. Price is a little up there, but the coffee and breakfast food is delicious.

Wouldn't take our order unless we had a mask on. Drinks were good, but I don't thi k we will be back. Seating in back. Felt stuffy

I really like this location. Used to visit it Saturday; however, since last week, every Wednesday. There have been a couple times I went to order the popular or "IT" drink of the moment & naturally, sometimes they were out... But, staff were so kind & felt sympathetic to my disappointment - even though I tried to make light of it - they accomodated me for a future visit/purchase! Excellent customer service... They actually read their customers.
