First place I ever tried blended cold brew was here…. Still good.

Prepare to be yelled at by employees when you enter. Mask policies posted on the door reflect county guidelines however the store is requiring masks. No signage reflects this policy and employees immediately yelled at me upon entering the store.
Update your signage, improve your customer service.

For the most part, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Drinks are great! Snacks are good. The value is so much better than other coffee/tea places. The line is typically long and slow. Unfortunately, the lobby isn't open at all due to I'm guessing the Covid pandemic, so drive thru is the only option. A huge disappointment is that mobile ordering is no longer available at this location. I'm hoping that's only temporary.

Hands down, my favorite coffee shop!! The guys and gals that work here are AMAZING!! I usually go through the drive through, and I’m always greeted with a smile and some light convo!! They always ask me how my days going, or sometimes we’ll joke a little. It’s nice that everyone here is so personable!! Through the pandemic they have been so respectful and patient with all of the craziness, and I appreciate the good vibe they give me to start my day on the right note!! Great job riverside plaza coffee bean... please keep it up!!!

Lol bro got me a matcha drink(which was perfect), so thank you! Only situation is he also got me a huge cookie. Im so glad it is huge, but yall kinda did a salt overload. I love the amount of chocolate and size of the cookie, but youre not supposed to taste that you are eating a whole salt shaker. Just a little warning. I love food, so of course im going to finish it, but definately goinv to need to wash down the salt with the drink. Still did a great job. Work is stressful, and you have to deal with tons of other customers. Just a heads up with keeping an eye on whenever/however your cookies are made.💖

The outside sitting area needs an upgrade. The tables look like someone picked them up at a garage sale.

The coffee Bean was great!! At the time I went it was really quiet and cozy I was able to sit down and have a nice conversation with my niece.

The place was nice and clean. Friendly staff, especially from the gentleman who helped us out goes by the name of Paul a very young and handsome young man was very polite and kind. I strongly recommend if you're in the Riverside area try to stop by the coffee bean, it's a great place to grab a cup of coffee and different cold drinks.

The nice service I received from Paul will keep me going back over and over again, thanks Paul for your great service and recommend variety of different drinks you thought I might like!!

This was my first time here. I had a couple questions and should’ve gone inside to ask them but I had my dog with me so of course drive thru it was. Not only did the employee help me with my questions, she explained everything with patience. There was a line and she took her time answering me. All the employees were energetic and kind. They even greeted my dog and gave him a treat. I will definitely go back due to the kindness I received! Great way to start my morning!
