It was about 8am on Monday morning. Other coffee places are jam packed with people. I noticed right when I parked in front of the establishment that it was dead. I didn’t know if they weren’t open until I walked closer and saw someone sitting inside. He was the only customer. I went in and grabbed a Hazelnut Latte and a Beyond sausage and egg sandwich. The girl asked me if I wanted it toasted/heated which I thought was weird. Why would I want it cold? No big deal.
The result was a decent drink, but a sandwich that would have been better suited for the trash can. The sausage is tiny and much smaller than the bread. The bread was hard and burnt. See the pics.
I thought this place is supposed to be better than Starbucks? It’s definitely not. I would possibly grab another drink from a different Coffee Bean but I definitely won’t be eating anything from there.

At this location, Kiyoung is always awesome making our drink, friendly and helpful☕! Alyssa suggested 2 drinks! I will have to try cookie butter and dark chocolate for next time! This time I had a dark chocolate and hazelnut latte, with an extra shot! Great on this rainy day☔ Thanks CBTL! I recommend signing up with their app, you get a drink on your Bday, plus other treats too!

Shoutout to the barista that worked on Tuesday, March 14 morning shift.!!! Did an app order of two Carmel Lattes and they were 👌. Usually coffee is a little off or too much milk but not today. Thanks.!!

They get two stars for their smiles and positive attitude- but as other folks have stated this place is insanely slow. If you see anyone waiting inside, you’re going to be waiting 15-20 minutes for your drink probably. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or training or what. But I can’t fault the workers. They’re positive and happy.

Fast and efficient service. Coffee was hot when I got it and just as I ordered. Croissant was warm and buttery.

so so so slow, the absolute slowest place to get coffee in town.
If there is more than 2 people in the line when I walk in I leave, knowing it will at least take 20-30 minutes and lots of people working there??? SO SO SO SO SLow. Its a shame..so I go down to the bagel place and get her coffee and I'm in and out in 2 minutes and always a nice smile

They were off their game today. My wife's and several other customers we spoke to were served Lukewarm coffee when they requested hot.

No line so it's easy to get a cup of coffee. Seating normally available. Good place to meet a friend and chat. Quiet too

I have been many times mostly for the red velvet cocoa but this time I got the cookie butter ice blended thing and it was exactly what it was. A cookie butter ice blended drink. It was sweet but had a nice salty/baked note to it that kept it balanced. Will go again (obviously). Staff is very sweet as well!

I prefer this company to Starbucks but the staff is not trained as well. There's a lack of seriousness and urgency to provide consistantly good customer service. The coffee is better and so is the quality paper cups and lids
