Disorganized. No leadership. Would not return. 30 minute wait to fulfill order. Disappointing.

Great coffee and lots of goodies to snack on as well! Prices are also fair, iced hazelnut coffee for $3 is a steal! Lattes are still Starbucks-esque in that regard.

Went for breakfast on Sunday. Got yogurt, but discovered the container was broken. It took 10 minutes for them to allow me to grab a new one. They also forgot to make my drink so I had to wait another 10 minutes for that. With 3 people working, that is entirely unacceptable.

Amazing customer service. First time at a coffee bean and when I went to pay they gave me a free drink. Definitely have me as a future customer! Thank you
