Nice to see locals gathering together in their local coffee shops. 🌄☕️ Beautiful day today. Ready to hit the road for home with two great cups of coffee. An Americano for my husband, and a Hot Mocha Latte with Whip for me. We always look forward to our coffees when we come visit in SoCal. It's just unfortunate that though I have the App, I can't peruse Rewards because they expire before I return to a CBTL. We have none in NorCal. I suggest that they be good for at least a year to use. Please consider this. After all, we've made the purchase already required to earn points & rewards, so they shouldn't expire.

Wonderful place to sit and read or meet with friends, colleagues, or clients. There is inside and outside seating. If I order ahead of time, my order is always ready. Staff is always cheerful and friendly.

Very bad experience. Recently spend about $10 got very bad service and got changed twice and they did not knew how to reverse charges. Also since they remodeled the store they put new cheap plastics furniture and no place to charge cell phones. Seems like they don't want us to stay there just come in spend money and get the hell out of our store. Unfortunately time to go back to Starbucks.

I asked for black decaf Americano. They gave me coffee with cream. If you can't get the NO-cream part right, I can't trust you with getting decaf right. You might not care about your job, but I care about my health and well-being.
Mistakes happen, and I understand that, yet I was ignored when I attempted to alert employees to my order. That's bull**** behavior. Grow up

This specific one has a good amount of tables and chairs for everyone to sit and enjoy their drink or pastry. I've seen many people doing work on a laptop or even papers laid out . This store also has a small bookshelf and offers a few books and magazines for customers to enjoy during their visit. The bathroom is unisex and it's always clean and fully stocked, it's a good size too. And doesn't require a code to open the door but it does lock from inside

Awesome. The service was great! Friendly, fast, and accurate. The environment was lively and picturesque. Sat outside in the harbor area and enjoyed my drink. People watching and taking in the ocean air. Highly recommend for a relaxing moment with ones self.
