Great location, right off the freeway, lots of parking and ample sitting room. The employee who helped me was super friendly. My drink came out perfect, would definitely come again when I’m in the area.

April 21, 2023. Me and my mother did the drive-through and we bought this the new mango and cream color configuration and I got the mango cold brew tea it taste like medication something that you give children to fold them but they’re not food. That is the reason why they run around send no somebody thought it was a wonderful thing to make something so horrible. Please bring back the Malibu as well. The chocolate with coffee caramel drizzle with the caramel chips. I forgot the name of this, but it was a top selling. It was a good seller. They remove these two items they still have the cookies and cream with whip. But on 21 April this would happen we gave the lady the $20 and and she pushed the drinks to the side. She came back five minutes later with our change then we had to ask her for the receipt we’re African-Americans. If we give you our money we want our product not hold onto the product and you have our money that do not go well. this is the reason why I have to do what I have to do with the stars. Never had a problem at the store ever.😞😔😔😔😔👎🏾

Sometimes I'll receive excellent service and sometimes I'll receive decent good service. They are under construction so I understand the faster pace they have to maintain. Unfortunately there are times when they have not had the ingredients for my only drink of choice (yes they recommend a substitute but I'm very picky) large hot English breakfast latte with whole milk and double vanilla powder scoops.

First time ordering from this location and they gave me a completely different sandwich. I ordered an egg spinach cheddar, and they gave me a tomato pesto mozerella. On top of that it was completely soggy and inedible. I ordered it from Doordash and they refunded me.

If I could give NO STARS, I would.

Today is Thursday.
I spoke with Samantha on Monday @ 9:30am, she asked me to come in for an interview on Thursday @ 1:00pm. Samantha warned me that there is little parking and I should call from the parking lot and ask for her or Lindsey.

Thursday comes and I drive 45 minutes in traffic and another 20 minutes on the off ramp alone with all the construction going on. I call from the parking lot and spoke with Lindsey...
Lindsey said that I did NOT!! have an interview with her nor with Samantha and that her location was NOT!! hiring and has NOT!! been hiring for months. Then hung up on me.

Great.

I called back and Samantha answered after 7 rings.
Samantha is totally confused and is speaking in circles. Defending Lindsey's behavior, but not defending Lindsey's behavior. I told her that I choose her location because I felt that is was the best manged (WOW, was I wrong!) I told her that my family member was her territory manager and right then and there her attitude changed. Like night and day. She then apologized and asked if I would like for her to set up an interview at a later time.

THOSE WOMEN ARE CRAZY!

Why would I want to work with people like that?
The people around them accept their behavior, and both their Managers are manipulators!

Guess I dodged a bullet there...

It's an acceptable cb&tf with very curtious staff. But the construction around this area is slated to continue through 2024 and makes this location not very convenient. Also it's under construction so just go somewhere else.🙄 It was closed as of the beginning of Feb 2023. I'm sure in a few years it'll be fine but I avoid this location for now.

This is my go to spot for my 1st cup Coffee of the Day. I love that they Added Curbside pick up, if you have kids, in my case Grandkid, this makes it Very convenient not having to go in and out with a fussy toddler. We've all been there. I just acquired a home coffee maker, but still go get my coffee here, not to mention that I by-pass 2 Starbucks.
The staff here, Starting with Miguel the store Manager, are friendly and professional.
I definitely recommend you make a stop here

Great coffee drinks. I still think much better than Starbucks. This is really coffee drinks.

I like the flavor of the ice blended drinks here. They are a little on the sweet side though. The pastries are good, when they have them. They run out usually every time I'm here LOL
