I went through the Drive through on 6/10/22, an item was missing from my order, I called and was told to come back for the Bagel and cream cheese. I came back Saturday and the Manager on duty made it right, thank you and the Associates at Coffee Bean : )

They now honor the coffee bean rewards program! So happy to receive free beverage or free baked good every 40 points ($1 each point). This place makes the best hazelnut lattes (hot or over ice) as well as their peach green tea iced. I love the consistent, friendly service whether at 6 am or in the evenings. The location is very convenient off the 405 freeway and has a quick drive through.

Friendly staff and tasty coffee but I swear they keep the air conditioning set to 50 degrees. It was so cold in there I eventually had to sit in my car and finish my work. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese (mind you, it was breakfast time) and they were out of cream cheese. That was a bummer. Otherwise, the place was clean and nice.

This is a great coffee shop, the customer service is very friendly and caring, I'll try the Avalon location hoping to have the same experience, and you should definitely try the hazelnut latte 😍

Didn't think you could screw up an iced latte, but they did! The espresso taste is burnt, when is the last time you cleaned your machines?!? And I asked for easy ice, what I got was easy milk? Tastes like they used diluted 1% which isn't milk. So disappointed! I can't even drink it, have to stop at another place to get my energy. They received stars only because they were nice and had a drive-through, that is all they have going for them. I'm really glad I didn't pick up a snack too, can't imagine that disaster.

I'm updating my review to 5 stars. Other than my place of work, this is the business I literally frequent in the most - to the point where they probably have some sort of derogatory nickname for me by now, in secret.
By proximity, it's been the most convenient place for me to relax in between shifts, to get computer/art stuff done, and my caffeine fueling spot. I would rather get all that done here, because their coffee is better than what Starbucks make in-store and I've semi-boycotted Starbucks for their goofy social stances.
The rewards program they have? Icing in this cake, I'm so glad I listened this one time and got the app. It's more convenient to pay with it, and the free beverages I've had throughout is quite substantial. I'm a star using those free beverage bonus to buy a fancy little frappuccino for someone.
The regular people I see working there? I like them. I'm not sure if they feel the same likewise, but they're a welcome familiar sight by now. I expect things to go smoothly when they're at the helm and their great service. In the rare occasion they mess up, I'm more than adequately compensated for it.
A huge pet peeve of mine is if some newbie messes up my name. I almost want to change my name on the app, because I get a surge of irrational rage if someone calls my by some female name and not apologize for it. I know it's some cutoff in their monitor display being unable to display "Christian" in full, but that's why I said it's irrational.
But yeah, love this place. I hope they don't mind my continuous patronage, because I'm going to be there as a regular for a long time.
