EDIT: After speaking to a friend of the owner it was explained that there have been issues with the permitting process which also include delays in opening. The google page wasn't updated but I do understand that these things happen and appreciate the follow up. I wish them all the best and a speedy opening.

It says it's open on Google. I'm walking around trying to find the place and the only thing I see is a display on a window to an empty inside.
