Cute, open, and relaxed indoor atmosphere. Big tables for deep-focus, office, and study-type work.
It's a college student-centric place.
The Cortado and Lavender Latte were excellent. We sat outside with our paper cups. Imagine if they served in ceramic cups and saucers?
There may be a dog-friendly perk, too. No details were available.
We would return for another coffee experience.

Love this place. The coffee and service has always been solid. Only downside is it’s popularity — there is rarely an open table. The hazards of being a great business, but it’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. I recommend!

this coffee shop is located on a pretty quiet street but once you park, you'll quickly realize that the coffee shop is really popular! they were packed inside and it took us a few minutes to order but the young lady behind the counter made the drinks quickly and was nice. they have seating available inside and out which i hope they keep even after CoViD

I love Condron Coffee! They have a great selection of coffee drinks and pastries, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The place is cozy and inviting, with a simple and natural decor. I especially enjoy their matcha and vanilla latte. The only downside is that it can get pretty crowded sometimes, especially on weekends or evenings. So if you're looking for a quiet spot to work or study, this might not be the best option. But if you don't mind some noise and bustle, this is a wonderful place to enjoy some quality coffee.

In my nationwide travels, I enjoy trying out independent coffee shops. I can say without reservation that Condron is simply one of the best I have ever visited. The lavender latte I had was the perfect balance of flavors.

The one star is for the service and a particular employee I do not know her name, but she was working today around 2:20 PM long dark hair. I’ve came in here multiple times and she’s super chatty when she knows somebody that comes in and very just slow like in no hurry making drinks. I’ve asked questions before and she just seems very annoyed and the lady in front of me and asked for a top for her hot coffee, which I feel like should be placed on the coffee. And she kind of just put it on the cup but without placing it on properly to have the lady do it herself I feel like any type of coffee. You should always put a lid on it.
I wish I knew her name but I don’t but she was working today with long, dark drinks I even said, thank you before I left right in front of her and no response just completely ignored. But this is like my third encounter with her she does not seem too friendly. Will be my last time giving my money.

The coffee is really good. I really appreciate the fresh flowers they put on the tables. Makes the place feel more colorful ✨️

Good coffee and lot's and lot's of people inside of shop which is clean and organized A+ It's just Expensive for me 3.50$ for a small cup with No refills C'mon Excuse Me I'm only 54 and remember when a pack of cigarettes were sold in a coin machine for a buck fifty and gasoline was under a dollar 💰

Hands down the best little coffee shop in Riverside. Family-owned, and you can tell they have a passion for great coffee.

The best coffee shop in Riverside, bar none. The people and the ambience within the shop are always inviting. The staff are some of the most friendly people I've ever been serviced by. Many times I don't even need to get a drink; simply sitting here for awhile helps me relieve stress and turns a bad day into a good one. If you're stopping through, get some tea or a latte. Neither will disappoint.
