The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I was so disappointed when I received my order. I was tired at work and needed some coffee. What I got tastes like heavy cream with a splash of coffee. Does this look like it has an add shot? -_- it was very sweet and tasted weird. The hazelnut flavor was gross.

Gave me coffee with regular milk instead of soy, I’m lactose intolerant so it matters. It was too hot to taste in the moment so I didn’t notice until I was 15 minuets away. I spent $5 on a drink that’ll make me sick, great.

My family and I ordered drinks for pick up, the drinks were okay. But the service was very poor. A guy with glasses told my family and I to leave and eat outside because apparently its a policy to not eat food that we had from another place. My family and I were shocked to hear this, because we didnt order just one drink, but multiple drinks and were planning to drink our drinks with our food.

Man do I love this place. I really wish I didn’t have to drive 40 minutes to get here but when I’m in the area it’s a must. So much better than Starbucks, I love their coffee immensely.

This location charged me extra because I said no ice in my already cold drink (cold brew), and the very KARENish manager argued that I “would be receiving MORE product.” They advertise drinks based on the amount of ounces … BUT do not expect to give you the amount of ounces you’re actually paying for. Unreal!

Good coffee. Nice atmosphere. Don't ask for a medium roast coffee. They mix light and dark to get medium at all CBTLs (from what we gather). The company needs to learn more about coffee and then train their people.

Friendly, fast and clean bathrooms. All you want in a coffee place. Seem to have a cast of regulars we see every time we go in (not too often) so, they must feel welcomed too.

Always much better than Starbucks, coffee flavor, atmosphere, seating, employee hospitality, and air temperature. When we were driving thru Temecula, went out of our way to find a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, even though Starbucks was right around the corner. Best coffee I've had in a long time.

They messed up on alot of our orders, so they made them over. But overall good customer service. Very polite employees, it stay busy alot.

So much better than Starbucks. I don't have to wait on a long queue and they have areas where you can charge your phone. This place is quickly becoming my new coffee spot.
