Apartment Cafe

This is an adorable coffee shop. Lots of cozy corners to sit and get work done. They also have a lovely outdoor patio with seating. The brewed coffee is horrible. It was weak and the flavor wasn’t good, so making it stronger probably wouldn’t have helped. But I would guess this place is better known for their syrup/espresso drinks (loaded with milk and sugar so you don’t taste the coffee). The person making the coffee was awesome. There are only two parking spots close to the cafe (and they only allow 30 minutes of parking in those spots) But, overflow parking is across the street in the Kickback Jack’s restaurant.
Cute place to meet up, hang out or study. But I would probably try the tea and stay away from the brewed coffee.

So much natural sunlight! The music is study-friendly, and the ambiance in general is very relaxing. You could have a catch-up with a friend or come study for a couple hours. Parking on Hermosa Ave is much more accessible!! The Turkish coffee is incredible. I’ll definitely be visiting here again :)

What a delightful spot! I came here quite haggard from a long day, and was greeted by a most friendly host behind the counter. This evening demanded the strong stuff, so I ordered a Turkish coffee. "Strongest coffee in the world!" Sounded just right for me at the moment. I had mine with just a touch of sugar.

Caffeine content aside, its dark roasted flavors were highly robust without any of the usual offensively bitter or acidic notes I'd expect from something like a typical espresso. Nothing but deep roasty flavors with hints of toasted nuts, chocolate, and caramel. I happily finished this little cup.

It also came with Turkish delight, which was, well... delightful! The atmosphere is tremendously cute, perhaps even too cute for the more macho among us. It feels very comfortable and authentic to the owners, though. A spot I will happily visit regularly.

This place is amazing. The service is amazing. The drinks are amazing and they even have sugar-free options. The chicken melt panini I ordered literally melted in my mouth. It even came with chips and a pepper on the side. I had also called before coming to ask about their parking and their wifi and they answered so fast with great service both times. The service was even better when I arrived. I’m so happy I chose this Cafe instead of Starbucks. Even their seating area is very spread out and open. It’s very welcoming and does not feel crowded at all. The cafe is also decorated super cute. They even have a wall of guitars that you can see if you zoom in on my first picture. I love it.

This adorable little cafe was fantastic! My fiance and I stopped by after dinner to try it out, and were blown away.

The proprietor was friendly and helpful. He allowed me to get a two flavor blend for my latte, and made sure my fiance knew what he was getting into by ordering Turkish coffee. 🤣

When he delivered our orders, he had added a small treat free if charge, and later offered a small wooden tray of popcorn as a complimentary snack. My chai matcha latte was delicious, and the Turkish coffee was amazing.

We'll definitely be going back semi-regularly.

Went to get a real coffee, made with Expresso machine and it was delicious, great quality cup of coffee to enjoy on a quiet afternoon, we sat on the patio as the interior felt a little warmer, the whole place looks very nice and clean, good equipment, the menu is interesting and it would take several visits to sample it, they also serve panini sandwiches.... Will come back for more.

Our Favorite Cafe! It's perfect for lunch and always a go-to for a delish latte. My go-to drinks are iced rose latte, or a hot lavender latte. But! They have a new one...Tiramisu Latte, tried it as an iced drink and it was delish! Will be adding that to my list of go-to.

My first time visiting this place and I was well pleased. The girl that waited on me was very helpful and polite. She made me a matcha green tea latte and it was splendid. I will return.

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The S'mores Iced Latte w/ Oat Milk is so smooth and flavorful. In a normal iced latte you may taste the bitterness of the espresso, but in this drink you taste NONE of that bitterness. It's so smooth, hardly sweet (in a good way), and it is simply a lovely way to end my school day.

And believe it or not... they serve you the drink in a cute mason jar glass with a rose/flower design around the cup. It's simply so beautiful and I know I will continue to make this a new favorite spot from now on.

Highly, highly recommend! 10/10!

Great place to catch up with friends. I couldn’t find parking so had to look elsewhere on Hermosa.

I liked the iced teas and frappes :)
