Obsessed with this place! I tried it once on a whim and can't get enough. The staff is friendly and attentive, very quick and precise. I never leave disappointed

Most the time they are right on. Fast and efficient. My wife loves their flavored ice tea. I prefer their coffee to the other place? Doesn't eat a hole in my stomach.

Ordered a Hazelnut Latte with oatmilk, warm, via postmates. My coffee was ready on time , warm as I asked for, and was so very delicious.

I was kinda short on cash so I just had the iced coffee. What a jolt, really woke me up. It tasted very strong, I had it black and the best part was it was only $3 and no calories. I also wanted an H2O and I asked about the Eternal Water that the sell, only $2, but the Aizelle one of the staff who is a sweetheart offered me a filtered water from the back for free.

Ordered drinks for my family and I to enjoy with our dinner and a male employee with glasses was rude informing us to go outside because people were studying.

The SHIFT SUPERVISOR Steve is an absolute moron. He charged my friend “extra” because he didn’t get ice in his COLD brew coffee (it’s already...COLD). My friend wouldn’t be getting any “extra” coffee in the 24oz capacity cup he paid for. Since the cup can only hold 24oz. This is absolutely unethical.

Best corporate coffee and tea chain around. Proudly supports the military and first responders. Great varieties of cold and hot beverages. Friendly staff great products.

I believe coffee bean is better than Starbucks and obviously it’s just an opinion, this coffee bean in particular is always super nice and have a smile on their face and honestly it goes a long way keep up the great work

Scottish Breakfast Tea Latte - non-fat. My drink of the winter season! CBTL will let me call ahead place my order, allowing to walk in, pay and go! Excellent service at thus location, as well.

A caramel latte was so good but boy did it give me the shakes.
