The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Coffee bean is always right on time when you need a quick pick me up. The cookie butter latte is delicious, I substituted the milk for oat milk which added an extra creamy flavor. Like most coffee houses they offer WiFi if you choose to sit and do homework or something of the sort. They also have loose leaf tea, tea bags, and coffee beans for at home options.

Keep your cup of ice (you may need it).

So I’ve been here a few times because I’m willing to give a place a second chance or two. That “cup of ice” was what was left from my tea after a few sips. Believe me I order without ice now. As for why you need to keep the cup? Been here when people in my party try and use the restroom before closing and are told they are closed. What’s unbelievable is the last time I was here they told a group of ladies they were closed and later another woman when her what I assumed (apologies if this is incorrect) to be disabled son tried to use that they were closed, over an hour and a half prior to closing !! They were even mopping floors before. If you don’t want me here just say so, there are other locations …. And competitors too.

Bottom line : great company & great staff.

Been going here for over a year now, 2 - 4 times a week at different times of the morning / day / night. These guys are always happy and thoughtful. In getting 100+ drinks from this location, I only had one issue- it was a fluke thing, manager fixed it right away. Awesome! I usually have the same order in the mornings, having to order my large cup of water at the registers 'cause the app doesn't offer it, sometimes they'll have my water sitting next to my mobile order so when I come in all I have to do is pay and not wait around for the water. Never asked them to do that, they just started doing it one day. Very thoughtful of them!

Reading the negative reviews for this location, they're are a little ridiculous. People have no idea what could cause a coffee shop to have an out of order restroom. Plumbing issues, pipe burst, a customer vandalizing it and it needing cleaned up, all of which cannot be fixed that day because of work orders and paperwork. Leaving a bad review for a restroom not working is over-kill. Seems like people now days get bent out of shape and instead of being an adult and bringing the issue up to a manager, instead they see it fit to leave a bad review. At least give the company a chance to fix the problem. This location doesn't deserve that type of negative review.

We came out from our trip and decided to try it out. Customer service was great, the coffee had a good taste. We were able to substitute our milk as well. Only downfall was the restrooms weren’t working

My friend & I decided to head over to downtown Claremont since it was such a nice day. We walked around going in & out of shops. My friend was craving The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. so that's where we went. There were only 2 people working there so I had to wait a bit before being helped. I didn't mind. I ordered a Large Blended Matcha Green Tea (frappecino) no whipped cream & a toasted Cheese Danish. Both were very good. My total for both items came to $9.20.. It was a bit crowded inside the coffee shop so we went out the back to a courtyard area, & our drinks & snacks outside. It was a nice experience.

Quick pro tip: WiFi here Is super spotty. The wifi takes extra long to get going. I don't know what it is but I have been to a few coffee beans and the WiFi is always super spotty?
Other than that I really enjoyed my stop here at the rancho Cucamonga coffee bean. Nestled in a sweet little corner of the main Street. Definitely gets busy, but there is plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the shade and ambiance that this place is lucky to have. The location is just so perfect. The outside seating makes you really want to sit outside.

I always get the Dark Chocolate Ice blended coffee and absolutely love it!

I have been coming here for about a year now. They have a great team/crew, friendly! Also I have been getting their Cookie drink (can't remember the type), but my kid loves it!

They have some great coffee's and friendly staff. We got our order very quick! We will be back for another Viet Coffee very soon, my favorite!

Our first time to the coffee bean even tho we have lived here for 2 years and it was wonderful. The coffee not to sweet and the pastries were warmed just right. Thank you to the cashier barista who helped us, she was right-on in helping us with our choices! We will be back!

Cookie butter latte and a warm coffee cake are my go-to order and it’s never disappointed. Staff is friendly and inviting.
