The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

The coffee bean is a great place. I love their teas specially matcha tea. I love that they have a pretty design. I also like they are covid complaint. They do not have a lot of hot coffees, but they do have a lot of iced. Everything has a lot of flavor, some may be too sweet but depends on taste.

Very kind people who work here. My coffee is always fantastic.

The worst latte I have ever tasted. Burnt and tasted like it came from a machine. Avoid this place if you want coffee worse than Starbucks.

Not only am I leaving a 5 star cause I sit by their store before work every day lol but cause they actually do have some bomb stuff my co worker buys is stuff and I've been having this like mango 🥭 or fruit ice tea 🍵☕ so delicious 😋🤤

Absolutely one of my favorite coffee spots in Rancho. The coffee is always so high quality - especially the classic cold brew. Also really enjoy so many of their cold drinks on the menu. This spot is also well staffed so you can quickly order and get your coffee if you are in a hurry. Really nice interior sitting area as well that has a quaint cozy feeling.

Went here to get a latte and have a nice study session, and it was fine until I needed to use the restroom. Both the restroom doors were locked with signs saying "ask a barista for a restroom key". So I went back and saw a woman who looked like a manager and asked her if I would be able to get a restroom key. She was talking to some friends or whatever and seemed bothered by my question and just said "They're out of order." I saw another couple of customers needing to use the restroom but being told the same thing. This makes no sense as there were two restrooms, and there's no way both of them are out of order. If even one of them was, the manager would've sounded more genuine or at least apologetic. She just seemed annoyed.

I sat down and I was baffled by this for a good ten minutes wondering what I was suppossed to do. Isn't this place supposed to be somewhere to sit down and study or meet with people and have a coffee? How are you going to not allow customers to use the restroom? I really needed to use the restroom, so I then asked a barista if there's any way I could use it, but he just said "I'll ask the manager" and came back and told me they're "out of order" and that I could go across the street to K-Towne 88 and use their restroom. I guess the Coffee Bean manager really hates letting customers use the restroom here.

It's such a shame that the drink I had was decent but the experience at The Coffee Bean was so egregious that I would never return to, support, or recommend this Coffee Bean.

I'm so happy they are on my long ride home from Riverside WMSCOG to W. L. A. Right now they have the hot pumpkin spice chai tea latte with whip cream, that is so delicious! I called from my car to make sure they were still open and they answered the phone! That is rare. It was free because of my reward so I was doubly happy. The man was very nice & made it perfectly.

Hubby had a gift card so we went in to buy a couple of bags of coffee. What we did not know, and it was a wonderful surprise, was that you get a free cup of coffee or tea when you buy a bag of their coffee. So my husband got a cup of coffee and I got a cup of ice tea. Customer service was very nice. The young lady that helped us was pleasant she looked Us in the eye and smiled at us as well which is a plus in my book. The place was very clean and the tables were not sitting real close to one another so people were able to have some distancing from the person next to them.

Best place, super friendly even at closing time! Michael and I had great conversations!

I ordered the Original Mocha ice blended. It was delicious and I want another one!!
The staff is helpful if you dont really know what to order, they are good at making good suggestions. I am probably going to make this my regular coffee place!
