The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Waited 40 minutes for an iced coffee with only 4 cars in line. Once I was at the window it took 4 minutes just to get a hello. Short staffed maybe, but not the best customer experience and not worth the wait. Go to arcade coffee in riverside d you want good coffee and good service

The employees are all very nice; One gentleman even offered my dog a pup cup out of nowhere which I thought was super sweet. I LOVE their Vietnamese coffee; so strong and sweet.

Love the ice blend Carmel with a extra shot and whipped cream..🤤😋

This coffee bean location is incredibly slow & moves inefficiently. They often get orders wrong or give orders to the wrong people. I don’t know if it’s because they are always understaffed & have to compensate, or if the employees haven’t been trained to work at an urgent pace, but this location needs improvement. While the staff are nice people, it’s up to the management to either get their employees to work at a more rapid yet efficient pace, or have more crew on deck during shifts. Waiting in a non-packed drive thru for 25 minutes is not the steez.

The worst drive thru experience ever!!! WHY does it take 30 minutes to just get through to order???! We were at a dead stop for 5 minutes straight each time! It does NOT take that long to make drinks and warm up food. Drove all the way here just to support other businesses besides Starbucks but this is ridiculous. Never again!

Absolutely love this place! Extremely clean, with room to sit and work on your laptop. The prices are lower than in Starbucks! Military discounts on your coffee order. Also, there are options of decaf green teas! The atmosphere is just great, calm, but also helps concentrate on work. The music is not too loud. Just prepare for a strong AC if you want to spend here a few hours.

I am going to regret this but this place is great! It's not so stinking crowded all the time. So many wonderful teas. A huge amount of foods to choose from. Everything so delicious. The coffee is so smooth. The staff is absolutely the best, friendly and extremely pleasant. They treat everyone so respectfully it a great place! Super clean, and so relaxing if you just want to enjoy a cup and take a moment!

I just ordered for 2nd time at Coffee Bean and they offer a 32 oz iced latte with whole milk, absolutely delicious! Use to be a true SB customer, unfortunately Had a terrible experience at Starbucks on Frederick with their employees Emiliano and Tina. The Coffee Bean is excellent, expedient and love my drink, thank you coffee bean on Day St., Moreno Valley!
