So Bakehouse by Arcade Roasters took over the old Jammin Bread storefront in Canyon Crest. I'm mentioning this because Google maps was not making it easy to find this place. It was an adventure in Google walking directions like their left is apparently not my left and .... well we found it! Eventually.
So I wanted to check it out since the Arcade tasting room was so good. I went with my brother. I tried the seasonal Ginger Maple Oatmilk Latte and a gingerbread man. It was so perfect. Just enough sweetness but not too much! Lots of ginger holiday goodness. My brother got a mocha with almond milk which was pretty good. (And the gal who made it was kinda cute says Noah.) Croissant was good too. Indoor and outdoor seating available. But popular i.e. no available inside tables which is okay because the heat was suggestive of removing outerwear anyway. Friendly staff and customers help with doors if you ask. This is important because that cute coffee drink was filled to the tippy top.

Absolutely worth the wait on a Sunday. Had the draft coffee (so it's cold and sweet) and it was the best agave infused coffee I've ever had. Their bakery is unbelievable, I've had pastries all over the country and they don't stack up to Arcade. Definitely check them out, the area is a whole lovely, lazy Sunday vibe.

Nice location in a busy plaza, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, coffee and snacks were great. I like how the scones and donuts here are not too sweet. A lot of people were ordering brunch items which looked amazing tooX will have to try next time.

I think town center need a good café like this. We liked the place. The decoration, the nice and very helpful staff, warm atmosphere. We used to go to the other branch at Chicago and we always liked it but here is even better with more complete menu I think. We liked the brunch as well.
In weekends is super busy for brunch but you can always find a table for yourself.
The only regret I have is they close really early! 4pm!

Excellent as expected. Note that the signage still says “Jammin Bread” but you’re at the right place. Look for the A on the glass by the door. Lots of seating inside and out, nicely shaded in the morning. Omelette was excellent, perfect really. Baked goods are nice. Coffee is always top notch. Arcade is a winner.

Literally the best experience you could ask for. Everything is homemade, baristas are top-notch. Service and product, impeccable. We had the caramel butter cookie (the bay-leaf caramel is once and delicious; cookie can stand on its own and isn’t too sweet paired with the caramel), the Confetti latte (New Year’s special- tastes just like birthday cake!), drip, a mocha, the bay leaf-caramel latte, and some other pastries. Couldn’t have asked for a better morning spread.

I enjoy this place, I really do, however, I had to give 3 stars because the food is inconsistent. I will always recommend the latte’s. Not only are they delicious, their barista’s really know what they’re doing and have completely made it an art form. Ive ordered the avocado toast on several occasions. 2 out of 3 times the bread was burnt to oblivion making it hard to cut into, and ultimately inedible. Thankfully I was able to get a good photo of the singular order that didn’t attempt to break a tooth off. The customer service is great, which is why I will continue to grab a latte from here in the future if I’m in the area.

Breakfast, coffee, plus tip will/should prob run you around $20 per person. Outdoor and indoor seating are plentiful. Unlike the tasting room, this location is a lot more kid friendly with an outdoor fountain that can entertain tiny minds. Took around 30 minutes for our food to come out with about 60% restaurant occupancy. Excellent place to bring friends or family for a chill coffee or meal but prob not ideal for fast work lunch. Unknown whether you can buy beans here. Great overall if you’re seeking a chill, hipster vibe similar to the downtown food lab

I finally made my way to this location of arcade and their breakfast menu is delicious, especially the French toast! It's to die for!

Ok I've tried it a few times now. The food is fine. Certainly overpriced but fine. Only complaint is almost everything is sweet. There is one "savory" pastry which is actually just less sweet. The main menu is also oddly sugar centric. The service is really nice but I feel like every time I'm here I see them have to explain one of the many weird policies of this chain to someone (no cash, kitchen closes two hours before close etc.). Fine to do i just feel bad the servers are so nice and have to bear the reactions and manage the fallout. Decor looks like someone was given an Ikea showroom to set up and quit on their first day. Worst aspect is the music is played so loud. First time there it gave me a headache. I've been back a couple times since (I try not to judge on a single visit) and both times others have complained about it... Even a girl wearing noise cancelling headphones. Maybe put the speaker in the kitchen I guess?
