The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

My new favorite coffee shop, and this one in particular is great. The staff are always kind and friendly, ready to serve you, and if you've never been they're ready to recommend something you'll surely love. I've fallen in love with the Winter Dream Latte, I've stocked up on a few boxes of it as well, their baked goods are so good too. My favorite is the almond croissant, but their chocolate croissant is great too. Highly recommend!!!

2 stars because the store was clean. The service of jacqui was horrible. Her hair was not tied down. Wild and unsanitary. I had to raise my voice just to get the restroom code. This company was my favorite coffee company but the service has gone down since they lost their kosher status. I don’t know what happened at that time but I have to look for a new coffee spot. This is too much at 6:30 am. Moreno Valley coffee bean 👎👎

Great coffee shop with great service. Today I'm trying out the sweet and salty caramel. Ice blended. Omg it's good. Service is great and coffee is served with a smile.

The best Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew I’ve ever had. Who knew that this drink would brighten up my day and ease my worries. Call me a coffee addict but I am truly honored to be drinking this magical drink right now.

The staff here did not smile much. My drink came out OK. I would like to see a little more enthusiasm from my server. It's unfortunate to have such a depressing visit. This site has a drivethru for those that are in a rush.

Disappointed, been coming since they opened and this is the only time we’re the drinks totally sucked, no flavor and we asked the girl to please put more Caramel she looked mad and said it would be more even tho we told them it was missing something. Don’t know if o can come back here.

Idk how needs to hear this but have Art TRAIN all baristas. He’s truly the only one who can prep a drink. Seriously.

With prices going up and going up and going up (even more expensive than Starbucks) I expect more.

Seems as if they don’t know how to
differentiate creamer from milk!

And to the other reviews about the caramel that is TRUE they tent to be stingy with the caramel drizzle. (Sometimes not all the times) I guess it all depends who’s making your drink.

Great tasting beverage everytime, reliably strong coffees. This store has a friendly staff that made the experience pretty nice. Store was clean and if I needed to study for something I would definitely consider coming here

Went for my first time and got an iced matcha with oat milk it was very tasty. I will definitely go again.
