The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

NEW MANAGEMENT PLEASE! They've been here about 3 years now and still have not figured out how to get faster with making drinks. They are ridiculously the Slooowest Coffee shop at making coffee at this Moval location. It should not take 30 min EVERY time going through drive-thru wether you are 7th in line or 3rd in line. Doesn't matter - they STILL seem to stay steady and being super slow.🥴 SHUT DOWN!

It was my first time ever at coffee bean and the girl working the window deserves a raise! She was so nice and friendly and helped with all my questions since I wasn’t sure what to get. Coffee was great too!

Well staff was nice but drinks weren't made right:/ I dont have a coffee bean near my area so I happen to be a little close to this location while visiting family and decided to stop by and get my favorite drink ever(winter dream tea)!!! My son, the chai tea latte and my daughter tried a new item that was recommended by the staff managing drive thru and kindly offered to make the item with coffee which was nice:) now the issue was that mine and my sons drink didnt taste good at all!! Taste like water, nothing else! I was so bummed but I immediately told the young lady and she apologized, smiled and offered to remake our drinks. I give her 100% positive feedback on this because so many places make you feel absolutely terrible, she made me feel nothing at all like that! Second time around drinks were made much better! Gentleman making drinks needs more expertise but definitely satisfied this customer with their professionalism and politeness! He even offered to make it a 3rd time:) great job guys!

The service I feel is good they are nice but it's way overpriced.. I can buy 2 iced coffees with what they charged for one. And the drive thru line literally does not move! I'll just stick to my usual place up the street lol no need for this one.

This location recently opened up and you can tell, everything is brand new and fancy looking but it's also cozy enough that it feels like a natural place to hang out and study or whatever.
As for the quality, I'll always be of the belief that they make Starbucks look bad, and I'll choose them 10/10 times

Lemon Loaf is a must try room temp. I really appreciate the friendly service every time. The team here rocks !!!

This was my first time at Coffee Bean, and ordered the maple latte it was really good I would order it again, the only bad thing was the barista forgot one of my drink's but they were professional about it and upgraded my drink to a large. My Overall first time experience I enjoyed it.

Still new, but they need to find their groove - over 20 minutes in the drive thru, only 4 cars, my drink was tasty, but the mini sprinkled donut was very dry and low on flavor.

Longest wait times I've seen at a coffee bean & tea leaf. The food is not worth the time spent waiting. Manager if you read this you need to really evaluate the way this business is being ran.
