We went there for coffee & donuts. I like to watch the donuts coming out of the fryer on rollers. This time there was a problem, donuts sticking & some coming out uncooked.
I wanted frosted chocolate donuts. They currently weren't making them. So I requested maple frosted donuts. Same answer. I always thought those were staples at donut stores. I got plain glazed. They were good, just not what I went for. Coffee was ok, but not great.

The stars are pretty much for the products. While the order was finally corrected, it took THREE trips. I only ordered a container of doughnut holes, 1 original and 1 creme filled. Ended up with 7 doughnuts (3 were incorrect and 3 more provided because she felt bad) a full dozen of original (again, she felt bad) and a container of doughnut holes. I was unaware of how difficult it is to keep doughnuts separated/organized.

Bruh idk who you making them work so hard at krispy kreme but most of the donuts I got were not glazed correctly 🤣🤣 I feel so bad for food workers I know an extra $2 raise was cool and all but give them a lil extra on the side like Amazon gift cards or something omg...but fr was pretty fast just lackin on frosting
