We just left with our order. Our cashier Maria was amazing. I've been in customer service for about 20 years in various carrers and have been disappointed by the lack of professionalism with today's younger people. This employee was great. She needs to be trainer for the company and pass on her skills.

Back then a family friend took us here early in the morning for some fresh donuts. It was amazing that you can see how the donuts are made behind the glass window. Now and days it’s not the same.

I tried to get some yesterday, it said online it was open, the lights were on, there were at least 10 employees inside. No one would answer the intercom and all the doors were locked. But I can see an entire team in there just watching me. Tried to call no one would answer the phone either. Guess they just let employees do whatever they want with the building.

Went to buy 2 donuts and milk the cashier took long to even come to the window the total came out to 9 dollars. Both donuts were the same kind but one was half the size of what of the other one. Milk was spoiled waste of money. Before you leave drive through check the donuts ans drinks!!

Came to the store to order the promo they had the $9.99 glazed donut dozen, since the app wouldn’t let me order for today. Anyways, the cashier looked high, wasn’t understanding what I was asking her. I kept asking her if I can get the glazed dozen that’s priced at $9.99, she tells me that I need a coupon? I show her the app & says you can only get one dozen & I say okay that’s fine. She tells me it’s $15 !? I ended up asking her where she’s getting the $15 if it’s the promo for $9.99. I end up leaving. Never again coming here again

I want to start by saying, I love Krispy Kreme donuts. They are something truly special when they are HOT and FRESH, and Krispy Kreme as a business knows this. That’s why they have “Hot Light” hours. It’s a huge draw for their business, they market it! I have found that this location is consistently short staffed, with unreliable “Hot Light” hours, and they almost REFUSE to give you the hot donuts off the conveyor belt. I call ahead to make sure there are donuts coming out on the conveyor belt (since the app and neon sign are not reliable), I repeatedly try to confirm with whomever is working the drive-thru order window (and they always dodge the question no matter how many times I ask them), I then try to confirm with the worker at the window before they are handed to me that these are hot and fresh, just to be handed the box and it be room temperature. So then you think, well don’t go through the drive thru…I would if the lobby was open, but it’s not since they’re short staffed. I’m not the one for confrontation, so usually I’ll just go home disappointed, but today we actually called since we had jumped through so many hoops to get the whole Krispy Kreme experience we pay the premium for. We were told that the donuts are going to cool down before they’re handed to us…I’ve been to Krispy Kreme enough to know that at every other location I’ve been to, if you ASK for hot and fresh when they have them hot and fresh, they will pull them off for you…HOT AND FRESH, drive-thru or not. But they insisted that the room temperature donuts we received were as hot and fresh as they come. Krispy Kreme is a pretty reliable chain with a consistent product, this just comes down to them not understanding the brand and having to survive on insufficient numbers in staff. Krispy Kreme donuts are overpriced and I am willing to pay that AND jump through all the ridiculous hoops to ensure my best chance at success, because the end product is worth it to me. But even doing everything I can, they make it near impossible. Then I can’t justify the time, the drive, the money, and the disappointment. I want this location to succeed, I was sad to see the previous one go, but something’s gotta change. Krispy Kreme donuts that are not hot and fresh don’t compare in affordability and taste of a ma and pop donut shop down the street from most people’s homes, in my opinion. So I hope that they can hire more and train better.

We visited late this n the afternoon so the donuts weren’t as fresh but what made up for it was the young man at the counter. He actually cared about his customer and was really friendly!!
