Krispy Kreme

I work early morning and went at 5:40 this morning right after opening. The staff did not seem thrilled to have a customer this early. I had to repeat my order at least three times and the one thing I wanted they didn’t have. When I got to the window I was waiting for well over 5 minutes for ONE item. I got a medium iced coffee and was given a small. Not satisfied with this experience at all. Would rather get my morning iced coffee elsewhere.

I was truly disappointed. They had a very small selection of a variety of donuts. They had maybe three display trays of the same things just to make it look like they had a lot of variety. There were no fruit filled. And the new filled ring donuts were disappointing that the filling squirted out of the bottom holes that it was injected from so it was running out on your fingers and hand. The drizzled stripes on to broke and fell off, making a mess. The little girl, yes, she couldn't have been 18, that waited on me got the drink order wrong and I didn't have the heart to tell her, thought she might get in trouble, or cry. I ordered a mocha frape and she made a caramel, no price difference, just disappointment.

Donuts are very small and tasted like old oil. You can go to a local place and get donuts that taste way better and are twice the size for 1/2 the price.

The only reason I’m leaving 1 star is cause I have to I never been in disappointed like this time I drove 1 hour to get donuts and the whole dozen tasted old I always go to to the one in Branson mo and so I figured I would would try the one in my home state well that was very disappointed I will not make that mistake again

Drove 30 minutes to get some glazed and i was told they were out how does a donut place that makes fresh 24/7 or at least use to now run out of there most popular. I sent this same complaint to the corporate office

I don't know what happened Tuesday but I was very disappointed with my donuts they where not fresh it looks like they where cooked in old oil and the taste was really really bad I drove 30 just to get them I love there donuts but I couldn't even eat them this week next time I will definitely look at them b4 i leave if I ever go back guess ill have to stick with daylight donuts at least they will be fresh

Best jelly donuts ive ever eaten! They also have great coffee and other donuts, including their blueberry and cinnamon sugar donuts:)
