Krispy Kreme

Have purchased donuts from here before and was to the point where I wasn’t going to buy any more because they were not filled very well at all. Thought I’d give it another chance and I’m glad I did. While they didn’t have the Oreo donuts I wanted, and told me upon walking in that if I wanted the regular glazed it would be a while, they did have the chocolate iced cream filled donuts I love. I ordered 2 and one chocolate iced custard filled (for my daughter). I ate one when I got into the car. The filling squeezed out onto my cheek! I was so happy about this as with prior ones I had to eat half a donut before getting to any filling at all. This donut was filled all the way through! This gives me hope enough that I will go back to this restaurant for more!

My family and I were there on Saturday evening October 10th. We had an awesome experience with very friendly polite staff and fresh hot donuts. We hope they don't let misinformed individuals with bad agendas stop them from continuing their awesome service.

The service was lousy. I had to get out of drive thru line and go in not once, not twice, but three different times to get exactly what I ordered. And they tell u they have cappacino but its not! Its strong coffee with flavored creamer. And then the donuts tasted like 2 day old donuts from a regular bakery. It was not a good experience and I was very dissatisfied.

Store is always clean but they need more help. Drive-thru wait time is too long. Two times waiting for 10 minutes in drive thru was enough for me. Worst iced tea ever, it tastes like coffee. We took our granddaughters and ate inside one Sunday morning. There was one employee waiting on customers. Two were making donuts. After finally getting our order right we paid and had to wait on my husbands coffee order. Instead of completing the order and making my husbands coffee two people came in and he waited on them. After he made their drinks and rang them up he proceeded to make my husbands coffee. I will not go back.

Hi. I placed a online order for $28.31 worth of Donuts on July 1st and I went to pick them up on the morning of July 3rd and they said their computers were down and I’d get a refund for it. I ended up buying what I ordered online I’m store so I paid another $28.31 worth of donuts. Manager said I’d get a refund. As of today 7/7/20 No refund yet. Highly disappointed.

I ordered 2 dozen leprechaun donuts online that my ordered processed great and gave me a order number and took my 29.00 out of my account. Got to krispy kreme to pick up order and they said they got a email that it was cancelled.i showed them my email so he gave me 2 dozen donuts that i paid for but what i got was not what i paid for..it was a waste of my money and a rip off from krispy kreme.

I see the service here may as well be trending! That's exactly why I wanted to make sure I left a review. I went by yesterday for Coffee Day (yay) and my cashier in the drive thru was so sweet. She really made my day! The person that delivered the coffee to me was nice as well, but I really enjoyed the girl with the cute birthmark on her cheek. Thank you!
