I was the guy that used to talk smack about the people and their coffee, til i tried it......then i tried it again and again and then again some more. This stuff was good.....really really good
SO that proves to me that karma always shows up and unfortunately for us, so do all the other customers that love Dutch Bros.

Worst Dutch Bros experience yet. Super slow and when we got to the window we found out why: staff was messing around, screwing up drinks, and talking too much to get orders out in a timely manner. My drink only had 1/2 the flavor in it and was really watered down.

The best dutch bros in Central Arizona. I absolutely adore this shop and everyone working is always a joy to interact with. An absolute must stop if you are feeling thirsty.

Adding a new review as things really seem to have changed a lot at this location, and not for the better. Everything there feels so rushed and half the time the broistas working there dont listen so your order gets messed up and then you have to correct them at least once or twice. It doesnt feel as welcoming anymore either. It takes almost an hour to get a drink a lot of the time now because they're short staffed and it's making it really hard to even want to get anything from here anymore.

The positive attitudes of the employee's make for a pleasant and stress free customer experience. The friendly, inviting atmosphere makes the wait in line (almost always 20 or more minutes) tolerable.

The lines where so long at the drive thru that I decided to order from the window.
The music is Loud the person taking orders cannot hear me. When I was checking out she wanted to know if I wanted to tip. I said no not until the music gets turned down. I waited for my coffee and the another employee asked if there was something wrong with the order? I said no I just am getting it. She then said one of the employees said I had problem with order. I said no I just got my order. I did tell her about the music being so loud nobody sitting waiting for thier orders could hear them call out that a order was ready. I got the same old excuse that we they are under staffed and tired. All I can say way to give the middle finger to the customer while we loose our hearing. I get people are tied and maybe understaffed. That how does not mean customers need deal with a rude supervisor. I will be buying my coffee elsewhere. ☕️

Wonderful experience! I very rarely post a 5 star review believing that it should be reserved for only the most outstanding service and or product. This experience had both and a very big SHOUT OUT to Abby and the young lady Malia on the window! What ever you are doing with customer service...keep it up!!!

Service has gone way down hill. Twice in a week it's taken over 30 mins. Tonight I had to just skip getting offee for my crew because I had been in line for a half hour and was late for work. And there is no way to escape the drive through. The don't seem to have people come out and take drink orders (maybe it's too cold?) and it takes forever now. Really a bummer, used to be a great place.

I'm so sad to have to do this, but maybe it will help to get this location back on track. I have always came here and absolutely love the staff and my drink. But something is wrong. The wait time has been horrible. One of the longest times was 40 min, I was stuck in line of course and couldn't leave. I had to switch coffee shops because of the timing. I try to come back every now and then, but unfortunately it hasn't improved. I'm currently stuck in line, and have been here for 32 minutes and of course I am stuck again. (Cleary My Fault) I feel sorry for the staff because they give it their all but it appears they are short handed. I hope things get better for this location.

I wish Dutch Bros would make their way into San Jose CA. I like their coffee and it's a nice change of pace in comparison to Starbucks.
