Dutch Bros Coffee

They have such a nice staff here. They are always so polite and welcoming. My first time there and they made sure I liked my drink or they would make me something else, treated me like they knew me as their friend, even gave me a punch card with some extra punches. Much different and preferred experience than Starbucks. I will be coming back. Good job PV Dutch Bros

Consistency doesn't exist. Waited over 30 minutes for my drink that wasn't even made right just to ask for my money back because I was going to be late.

Kudos to the guy standing out in the cold who had a great attitude and humor!

This place is awesome. We're from CA and we visited the Dutch Bro. In Prescott Valley AZ and the service was excellent. Salena was so helpful. An our drinks were delicious.

Great Coffee. Good people. Always too busy. Good for them. Bad for the customer wait time. Guess that says a lot about their product that everyone wants to be there

Got my usual the 911. Everyone was happy with what they picked. Only down side was the restroom. It was almost out of toilet paper and the towels to dry your hands were odd.

My first visit to a Dutch Bros, ever. I was greeted by amazingly upbeat and friendly workers, a little out of the ordinary I thought. This isn't just hand your card and buy, they actually talk to their customers! I take my first cup of coffee, greeted with a smile and everyone even waved goodbye. I look down at my coffee lid and it simply states "We will get through this, Together". What a beautiful thing, what a beautiful idea behind this company. Will definitely be back.

Employees were friendly, and helped me decide what to order. It is drive through, and we visited when they first opened up. Since I had never been to a Dutch Bros. before, the guy who took our order gave us a little discount. We thoroughly enjoyed our drinks.
