Dutch Bros Coffee

We LOVE Dutch and normally go to Willow Creek but have been going to Prescott Valley recently for errands. At least the last 3 times we have been between October and now have been rather disappointing. Drinks are okay but there is a giant line, and no way to leave when it's taken at least 30 minutes each time we went (at different times of the day). And one time was just to get a gift card at the window.... There isn't anyone taking outside orders hardly and I just don't understand how we can get through quicker at Willow Creek with them having 2 lines and window and have just a double long wait at this store. Just be prepared if you go!

Went there on Christmas Eve. Wow- waited in the drive thru for at least half an hour. What kinda caffeine addicted maniacs wait that long for a drink??!! We were only there to grab a gift card, but I'll be darned if I'm gonna wait that long without my own coffee. They have all sorts of tasty flavors and drinks. The staff was super friendly and fun despite it being a mad house (no clue how). Darn it. I'll probably be back. Hope I don't become one of those addicts!😬

Honestly everything about Dutch Bros is amazing. Great coffee and other drinks, good treats, awesome service, solid music most times. Even the rewards app is great. The only thing I don't like is that I spend $10 each day here lol.

My work go to! The prices are great and we can get such an incredible variety of drinks!

These employees are always so fun and kind and funny! They make an incredible mango smoothie and are always careful with my other fruit allergies.

Best everything there .Wonderful experience! I very rarely post a 5 star review believing that it should be reserved for only the most outstanding service and or product. This experience had both and a very big SHOUT OUT to Abby and the young lady Malia on the window! What ever you are doing with customer service...keep it up!!!

If you're looking for a place to get your caffeine fix and have a good laugh, Dutch Bros is the spot. The baristas are like coffee-fueled comedians, always cracking jokes and making you feel like you're part of the gang. Plus, the drinks are so good, they should be illegal “like me”. I'm pretty sure they're putting some kind of addictive substance in there, because I can't stop coming back for more. If you're ready to join the Dutch Bros cult and never look back, this is the place for you.

Oh my gosh that coffee is extremely delicious. That people are very nice and they work hard and the service is awesome. I love their clothes line too

Have never been to a Dutch Bros yet when the employees have not been outstanding! Dont know how mgmt does it but every employee is like a ray of light. They seem to truly enjoy their jobs and the people they meey. Always leave with a smile. Thanks, Dutch Bros!!😍

I love Dutch bros but they were kinda slow.

Didn’t know the walk up was open could have done that instead of waiting in the drive thru.

There was 3 people working.

One outside taking orders and 2 people inside making drinks and taking walk up orders.

The drinks were good thou.
