First time visiting! I hate that I’ve passed this place up so many times. The sweet tea is perfect! The Turkey Chipotle was delicious! And the cookie.. omg! 🤤

Not only was their bagel inventory very low at 10:30 am, they also didn’t have any hash browns. Now moving on to what I was able to order, their bacon egg and cheese bagels do not have the peppered bacon as advertised and I received my sandwich with no cheese. It was a sad sandwich and not worth the price or the super long wait. Management needs to up their inventory and stay true to the ingredients listed on the menu for each sandwich.

Never had this place before and decided I'd try it out the other day when I delivered some flowers to a girl that worked there. So, i tried the Herby Turkey, and woo that was delicious. Albeit a bit pricey because of the bottled water i got with it for 2.49 (i hate the prices of water, but i needed water), but still very good. The people working there were super nice.

Yummy! Fantastic selection of bagels and breakfast bagels. Plenty of cream cheese's and every kind of topping you might want. The staff was friendly and very eager to please. My only complaint is that the coffee could be a little better, but it beats the heck out of a Starbucks any day!

Emily made our coffee this morning and it was delicious. I get the cold brew and my husband gets the dark roast iced coffee. My husband tries a new bagel every visit but his favorite is the western. The super nova is my new favorite and will probably become my regular order. Everything is fresh and delicious. The business is clean and friendly.

Both the quality and service of this business have declined in the last 6 months. I have experienced missing items, bagels that weren't fully cooked, incorrect orders, and poor customer service. I used to love this place, and I really hope that it can get back on track.

A good attempt at recreating a true NY bagel experience! Having a deep and intrinsic appreciation for NY bagel shops, this mostly hits the mark in execution. You can get bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and breakfast accoutrements. The bagels themselves were good, but not great. They were a bit small, very small by NY standards (about the size of some "mini" bagels in NY). The bagels were also a bit doughy and maybe undercooked, but not horribly. Overall, a good attempt at NY authenticity.

Always delicious and tidy. I very much appreciate my home Bruegger's after visiting Hughes Rd location. Won't go back there, but this one is GREAT.

Edited to add, this restaurant has gone downhill too. I was once a regular, but I'm not anymore. I just drive by. The restaurant is dirty. I see staff standing around when there are clearly things to be done. Once upon a time group of ladies, who were excellent, ran this place in the mornings. But since they left it has been awful.

I've always loved this Brugger's. I was never a bagel sandwich person before, but this Brugger's changed me. Its not that they have super cool ingredient combinations, but their bagels and ingredients are fresh and taste great! I tend to order the same 2 sandwiches. I'm glad they are always consistent

A friend from work suggested this place because I like bagels for breakfast. I was very disappointed. I paid over $5.00 for an egg bagel, no meat and no cheese. The bagel was plain, there wasn't an option for an everything or wheat bagel. There was so little egg on it that I had to open it to make sure they put an egg on it. I could neither taste it nor see it. I was still hungry and not satisfied at all after finishing it. I understand paying for convenience but what I paid for one bagel that wasn't good, I could have bought a whole sleeve of bagles and a dozen eggs and made me a bagel with two eggs on it and been full. And it would have been delicious! Oh, and the cashier was less than friendly. Not rude, but certainly not helpful.
