Bruegger's Bagels

The workers are always super friendly and courteous. I love the bagels when my order is correct. However, 8/10 times my bagel is not right. The girl at the drive-through asked if id like to leave a tip and I said no because there is always something wrong with my order. Sure enough, I had the wrong bagel. It happens way too often! They need to check the bagel before handing it off and they need to read the order carefully before making it.

I use the drive-thru over and over again. The service is convenient and I love their bagels. It's an easy pick-up item to share at work without being crazy expensive. What I especially loved last week, when buying a bundle, the everything bagels were individually wrapped in the bag so as not to contaminate the other flavors. I really appreciated this as I hate onions and they can be so potent!

Had a toasted cinnamon bagel with butter and loved it. First time here and will definitely est here again. Also the were very nice to our car group 😁

We always enjoy their bagels. One of our favorite places. They also have some great cold bree coffee. They have plenty of parking.

We dined in and had 3 signature bagels and they were delicious! The only downside is that when we ordered over at the coffee service, they didn’t have any decaf coffee. They didn’t attempt to brew any, so we got hot chocolate instead. I asked for whip cream and they said they didn’t have that, but they sell lattes with whipped cream… A little disappointed by that so they lost 2 stars. Good bagels though.

Staff was super friendly. Iced coffee and bagels were very tasty. I’ll be back soon.

I had never been here before but came today at 1:50 PM, and I had no idea they closed at 2 until after I ordered, so when I went to the window to pay the young man explained that they had already shut down the register, so my sandwich was on the house. How absolutely kind… I was speechless then insisted to pay, but they wouldn’t allow me to. I didn’t have any cash to give, but I came straight here to rave about these people and leave five stars. The bagels are fresh and warm every morning. They were open Thanksgiving Day! Such a great variety of bagels.

I would give zero stars if possible!! The freshness of their eggs runs hot and cold. For several months, everything was perfect. Two weeks ago we were disappointed and they offered to redo the order. I said no but how do I order fresh eggs. They said to ask when placing the order. We did that this morning and they were lukewarm at best. We generally go through drive through and then park and eat in the lot...so there is no driving time lost. We will not be back.

Worst first and last experience. I ordered 2 brisket bagels and got a totally different order. Not only that, they ask you if you want to leave a tip! I felt obligated to tip and tipped, for what? To get the wrong order?
