Rooster's Crow Coffee Roastery

I ordered a shot of espresso (Brazil medium roast) and a golden latte. The espresso has a really good aroma with a little bit of acidity. The golden latte was not too sweet and had a smooth after taste. All employees were friendly and made customer comfortable. This place has various coffee options that customers could choose. I haven't tried the dessert menu, so I will definitely come back afterwards.

This place is so cute! I went to grab some coffee beans for a gift, and I just loved the cafe! It’s very cozy inside, with lots of people working, meeting, or just chatting. The barista was super friendly and helpful! It was around Christmas time, so I got the chocolate orange cappuccino. It was delicious, and not too sweet! The coffee beans I got were delicious as well! Definitely recommend!

I decided to treat myself and try this place on my way home from the hospital and I loved it! Their coffee was delicious and unique compared to the others in town. The staff was very friendly and answered the few questions I had about their menu and what was recommended!
I do wish there were actual sandwiches and small food options, but there were some pastries, cookies, and brownies, and the pastry I did order was delicious and very fluffy! My husband really enjoyed it as well. Very excited to go back and try a different specialty coffee the next go around!

They have awesome tasting coffee it's a wonderful atmosphere to study chill or hang out with some friends and play some board games I like going there occasionally the only gripe I have is there iced lattes can be so large that the amount of milk can dilute the taste of the coffee but they will fix it to your liking

Coffee is fine. They have oat, almond, and coconut milk. Would not recommend for those with dietary restrictions/allergies. Barista couldn’t tell me any of the ingredients in the breakfast options.

Best coffee I've had yet. They have an excellent staff and the atmosphere is calming. I love it here.

These folks know their coffee enough to know how YOU like your coffee. Friendly owner and staff with a comforting environment. I could've stayed there longer if I didn't have to go to work. Definitely coming back to try new decaf roasts and items on the menu. Thank you, Tyson!

Love the coffee, food was very good. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to bring my pup in to visit with his former "parents".

The staff is delightful! Coffee is delicious. Today I got the blueberry cobbler iced coffee and it was perfect, hint of blueberry not to sweet. Such a cozy coffee shop.

What a terrific little place tucked away in south Huntsville. Excellent coffee, fresh baked goods, friendly service, and an inviting space to visit with friends. A+ experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend.
