The Waters of Minocqua

This place is awesome! One of a kind location with brilliant custom decor. Plenty of parking, indoor Waterpark, gym, and complementary breakfast! I would definitely return here.

Always enjoy staying here! Great staff and clean hotel/lobby area. Wish the breakfast was a bit more robust (sausage, eggs, etc) but not a deal breaker. Keep up the great work!

Nice place, have stayed a few times. Friendly staff and helpful. Small Waterpark, like the hot tub it is indoor outdoor. Restaurant and bar there, food and drinks were good. Good variety for breakfast bar. Rooms comfortable.

We were in town for a wedding so did not take advantage of water park or arcade. The rooms and public areas were clean. The front desk staff needs to be more aware of the goings on at the hotel - we were checked in and given keys to an occupied room - no apology or accommodation was given when we brought this to their attention. The breakfast was usual continental which was a nice option since most of Minocqua was only coffee houses.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room was clean. Went to the pub in the evening and bartender was awesome!
My only complaint was the lack of help at the front desk when we arrived, the person working the desk was on the phone, answering questions about the hotel and the questions went on and on, while a line up of people were waiting to check in….they continued on the phone for a good 10 minutes answering questions…. Finally someone else came to man the front desk. It was a bit annoying, other then that it was great!

I took my daughter to the minoqua zoo, and after we decided to stay the night here. They have everything you need to have an extremely comfortable night let me tell you! My daughter loved the water park, the kids pool is very shallow so she was able to navigate, and play without worry. They had balls everywhere so we were able to play classic games in the pool. The big pool is large enough that a lot of people can move around comfortably, and the hot tub is nothing short of enormous! It was never over crowded like most every other hotel in America. Very educational for the little ones, they had just about every animal taxidermied on the wall! It was great fun for her to guess what every animal was. The room was massive almost larger than a studio apartment. We had a fireplace, patio, 2 tvs, 2 queen beds, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some things... The staff was very happy, and so helpful! They even gave me a discount on the room for my daughter's birthday! I highly recommend waters of minoqua, and I'll definitely be back!

Same space, older and more worn. Good place for kids.

Nice sized rooms. Clean property. Great food. Great wooded view from the balcony. Perhaps a deeper pool would be nice

Fun stay! Rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast, lots of variety. The kids loved the waterslides! The hot tub is one of the biggest I've ever seen and in the summer there is the option of having an indoor and outdoor hot tub/pool. We will definitely be back 😃

My review is reflective on the customer service and not the hotel itself since we never stayed. We had booked 4 nights and after booking attempted to call inquiring about trailer parking and a few other things. We never could get someone to answer, for three days. I realize businesses are experiencing staffing shortages but there are other options. Roll the calls to a cell phone, carry a cordless phone, or even have the option to leave a message for a call back. Something, ANYTHING would be better than waiting on hold for 15 minutes at a time. I would think fielding phone calls would be a priority. If the service is indicative of how the rest of the establishment operates it is a shame because it is in a fabulous location in a beautiful town.
