Ordered the Sweet Pork Burrito. It was cold. Only drove 2 miles home before eating it. I felt like they just slopped the toppings on. Got a dirty look by one server when asking for more beans on our burrito.
On a positive note, most everyone else seemed to be doing their job and were friendly. Queso with chips was hot and good. Great Salsa's!

Did a curbside order and waited for 20 minutes past my order time to walk inside and grab my order myself while multiple employees were sitting outside vaping. Didn’t give me the right dressing and all the things I ordered on the side were thrown into one container.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! I think Cafe Rio is a great place to get a taco. I am in love with a single chicken taco with extra lettuce. I know it is a busy place but I feel it is clean and friendly. I would recommend the Chicken Quesadilla, Chicken taco and of course this place is known for the salads so beef, chicken or the most popular PORK salad, get it you can't go wrong.

I love Cafe Rio! I feel so bad cause with all of this stuff going on it is hard. But we did wait for 25 minutes to get our food and they gave us the wrong drink and didnt get our meals quite right. They still are amazing but just so you know, make sure they have your whole order good:)

Let's see. The cooks had their mask below their nose. One did not have one on. Another staff member stares at me and my daughter while we ate and the food was not fresh nor taste well

Food quality and taste is hit or miss--your typical Cafe Rio experience. Service is almost always great minus the few rude staff. This issue I have is that they often times start closing down shop 2+ hours early. Cleaning the grill, putting items away or running out. I understand the desire to go home early, I've worked restaurants before, but when you're putting things away 2 hours before close at the expense of your customers, either decide to change your hours and close earlier or keep your restaurant open and fully functional until closing time.

Food was great. Always like to come for the Fideo special on Friday's. However the pick-up crew member was not friendly with her greeting at all. Took about 10 minutes to get my order from her. However, I noticed the cashier working the til for the dine-in was extremely helpful to the couple of pain in the butt customers. She was multi tasking like a champ. 5 stars food. 2.5 stars for to-go person. 5 stars for the cashier.
