Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

Employees nice enough, there was a wait for the rice (it was cooking) not a problem with waiting for good food. The prices are responsible and a good amount of food. The problem is that I start to eat my food and it's cold and the rice that we waited for, was hard and cold. I am very disappointed. I waited for rice to cook , just to get served cold hard rice. Not good

Love the food! The whole family loves Cafe Rio night. Glad to see that things have improved at the Vernal location. They've become a staple for sure.

I guarantee a group of monkeys could run this place better. I swear it’s a game to see how wrong they can get your food. You’re better off throwing your money out the window. I refuse to ever eat there again.

We’ve had our “to go” order mixed up with someone else’s order multiple times. Very frustrating to get home with the wrong order. There really needs to be more organization here

This is one of my favorite places to eat here in Vernal. Great food all for a pretty decent price! What makes this place even better is that they make your food right in front of you so there is no wait for you food.

They gave me someone else's salad when I paid for extra meat, when I tried to call they wouldn't answer their phone. You're welcome for the free cash for a salad I can't eat.

Ordered online, order said 6:30 finish and I showed up at 6:25 and told them I was there. Told them again at 6:40. Asked again at 7. Finally a lady got her order that just showed up and I threw a fit and they totally forgot my order and the staff was too incompetent to give me a refund. Wish I could give a 0 star review.

The tacos and the tostadas are amazingly fresh tasting! The food is like really good homemade served in Mexican homes! This is my favorite eatery in Vernal!!! You really need to try it!
