The burritos here are awesome! You pick all the goods that go into making it, so win/win! Great place to get food fast!

This place took FOREVER to get my food to my dasher. Why offer delivery if you can't stick to your word.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Vernal Ut. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal!

The system crashed while we were in line. They allowed us to sit down and eat while it was getting fixed and came and got us to pay. I feel like they handled this obstacle well.

The food was delicious! I had the chicken salad and could not finish. My husband had the nachos and enjoyed them very much.

Cafe Rio is a sad imitation of Chipotle, except with less flavor. The worst part is the staff, who are unable to tell you what is or is not gluten free. On the bright side, they are open on Sunday evenings, and they have shaded patio seating, if you don't mind flies.

I had the shredded chicken tacos w/rice and beans. It's was delicious! *Side note: order on taco Tuesday and your tacos will be $1.99 ea and you will get a free drink

My wife and I like to come here often. The staff are always nice and friendly. The food is great as well!

I ordered the fire roasted chicken tacos. On the board it comes with 2 tacos and beans and rice. She asked how many? I said I thought it came with 2? They never got my ri e and beans I had to ask for those.
The atmosphere was stuffy, not very fun or lively. Other patrons wouldn't help when I looked or sounded like I was confused. I've been New to many places and usually when in line others will conversate with you about the menu. I loved the food but don't want to ever come back to this location again. I'm soo glad I'm not from here.

Absolutely love this place, my favorite Mexican restaurant in vernal maybe even my favorite any type of restaurant. Sometimes a little line but it goes fast. The service is always good and the food is always fresh and amazing the steak burrito is my go to, if you haven’t been, go!

I've been to quite a few Cafe Rio locations and I was quite impressed with this one. Very clean and their menu signs have been redone so they're more intuitive. Not the fastest or most organized staff I've seen but they got the job done. They added plenty of meat and other ingredients so the food turned out really good. However, not a fan of the corn Tortilla with the tostada. I wish I'd gotten a flour Tortilla.
