Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

They're a basic fast food, but with better quality than some. If you've been to other Café Rio, there are no surprises. If you haven't, expect a more authentic menu than Taco Bell. Theyre also good about substitutions and add-ons. This crew isn't the fastest I've seen but for a small town, they're great. Good customer service too.

Very poor service, sat in a line for 10 minutes, orders out of place, slow, dirty, very unprofessional. Was my first time trying it and I left after waiting way too long. Won’t try again.

The food at Cafe Rio was fantastic, per usual. I ordered a pork burrito with hot sauce for $12 and I was impressed with the staffs skill, hospitality and professionalism.

The food is always good here. The customer service is always nice here. The food is consistent, so I know what I get will always taste good.

My last two orders were disappointing. Ordered chicken enchiladas last time and they had very little sauce and were so dry they were difficult to eat. This last order received lime pie with no whipped cream and no strawberries, no silverware or napkins and chicken in the salad wasn't shredded. It's frustrating that you have no problem charging someone $20 for a delivery order and then send it out prepared poorly. I'll think twice before ordering again anytime soon.

Good food, line moved quickly. After a harrowing drove down Hwy 191, we were so glad to arrive in Vernal and discover Cafe Rio for lunch.

Usually I love Cafe Rio, but this one has me disappointed. I would give them zero stars if I could.
I moved to Vernal in July. Usually I hit Cafe Rio once a month. The first time I went, they were out of a lot of items. They didn't even have enough to make a burrito. I ordered via door dash last night and my order came quickly, hot and perfect delivery. I didn't get the rice I ordered, ND non of the rice was completely cooked. Crunchy rice is ick.ice.. the serving size was half what it used to be. There are many things wring with this Cafe Rio. I'll be calling to corporate office if it doesn't change.

This Cafe Rio was located in Vernal Utah. Fantastic ans scrumptious roast beef burrito and the other in my party ordered the Tacos. The food was perfectly constructed, very well presented and generous when asked for a little more salad. RECOMMENDED TO ALL, no matter where the location
