Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Worst experience this morning trying to get breakfast and coffee here. Coffee was watery and tasteless. I got the B-meat free sandwich and the avocado was prepackaged and gmross, the English muffin was tough and inedible. My husband got a croissant sandwich and they forgot the bacon we ordered on it. I took it back in and they asked if they could just give us the bacon on the side. I asked them to reheat with the bacon as the sandwich was cold at that point. Not sure if it was the double heating process but my husband said it tasted like greasy cardboard. The hash waffles were awful as well. Super disappointed overall

I typically have enjoyed this location and the staff, but after what I encountered yesterday, I will not be returning to this location. A staff member was extremely rude and had an attitude with me, which was uncalled for. I had someone with me and they completely agreed. I will not be returning. The member even got my drink completely wrong and rolled her eyes when I asked for whipped cream. I understand people can have bad days, but to treat a customer like this was not acceptable.

Just had a horrible experience at this beans and brews location. Team lead’s name was Gwendy. They made two mistakes while taking the order (order was correct, they gave us the wrong item) and when we asked them to fix it, they said they had to charge us again. This was very unlikely to happen. This happened in the drive through and when we went in the store to get the replacement, team lead Gwendy was very dismissive. I’m actually shocked at their behavior since I’ve never had such bad experience anywhere.

Great coffee here. Me and my wife try to make it at least once a week. (She's addicted to the pumpkin drinks).

Love beans and brews. I am a bit thrown off by the staff at this location asking if I want to tip. No other locations do that. I am always a good tipper, if you provide excellent service.

Maybe I'm old school but I've never been asked by someone in the service industry if I want to tip them. Even when I did my time in the industry I never asked customers that.

Really smooth cold brew. Strong but without too much bitterness (unlike me at a family reunion, ba-zing!). Minus one star because the tables/booths were dirty enough we had to wipe them off ourselves. Floors were recently mopped, and there are enough workers that it just needs to be brought up.

Such a great experience! The crew was amazing it was busy and everyone was up beat and very polite. The barista taking my order helped me try something new.

Cold brew with oat milk was absolutely excellent. B-cheesy with pesto was fuggin dank. Good price for food, coffee a lil pricey. Avocado toast kinda lame- wouldn’t recommend. Tasted like packaged guacamole on top. Staff was sweet. Ok g2g.

I have been there a few times to get a white chocolate mocha taste like plain coffee with creamer dumped in it. Love Beans and Brews but seems like I have to drive to older establishments to get a good white chocolate mocha. I am forgiving because they have new employees but I think I will take my chances With Starbucks for a moment.

I like that this is the Utah based chain, but I just don’t like their coffee beans. They are not high-quality, and, much like Starbucks, are over-roasted.
