Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Beans and Brews is my favorite coffee house to grab a quick coffee to go. Mr. Bs is my favorite brew here, cold or hot with a little extra cinnamon and caramel on top! The customer service is always great and pretty fast to go through the drive threw. The sandwiches and breakfast food they have to offer here is also to die for!

This place is trash. I stopped coming here because they never gave me the amount of Expresso I paid for. I watched them make it multiple times to be sure. Now I came back to give it another chance and did not even come close to making my drink right. I quit this place.

I got a response from the owner from this review, which I appreciated. They instructed me to go on their website & they would take care of it, but I haven't heard anything since. They made it seem like there would be some kind of resolve, but still there hasnt been.

Ive never had a real problem there, the employees are always super nice. I asked for extra whip & when i got to the bottom of my coffee I heard something rattling around & found this nozzle. I tried calling, but no one answered. Im not even mad honestly.. just kind of like what the 😅

The staff is very kind, and the service is fast. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve ordered, the coffee has not tasted right (very bitter and harsh flavor!) My usuals are Eye Opener and Cold Brew. Never had this issue at the Traverse Mountain location.

I would recommend Dutch Bros down the street if you’re in the area. Drinks are priced lower + better quality coffee flavor.

I haven't been to this location yet but I've been to other through our Utah, but my mom and little sister visit regularly before heading out on the grind

Grabbed two coffees a sandwich and a burrito. Food and drinks were good, the place was clean and cozy…

Your staff needs training in customer relations… Say hello when someone comes in, offer a recommendation, ask what someone likes

What not to do: Don’t greet the customer, stare at the customer and say “ Are you ready yet?”

There are to many coffee shops that you compete with to not focus on the customer experience. That is what will set you apart and allow you to compete with Starbucks.

I had never been to a beans and brews coffeehouse. The staff was very friendly and the drink was good, but I probably wouldn't order it again.

Was in here earlier this week, got my usual coffee, the drink was good per usual. This review is based off customer service/professionalism. I was in the lobby and over heard an employee who I believed was named Rylie trash talking another customer who had just walked out to her coworker. You would think there would be some sort of appreciation for peoples business but it doesn’t seem like it. Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate store, but either way that’s the face of your business. Between the obnoxious employee who talks bad about customers the minute they leave to the ants on the counter where you pay, it’s making me count down the days until the Dutch Bros down the street opens up.

This location is by far my favorite! I religiously drink my Frozen Mr. B's or frozen Caramel Ceilo daily, each with 3 extra shots of espresso. These guys make it perfect almost every single time and their employees are very friendly. I love getting my morning coffee from baristas who are smiling and know how to make what I order. An hour later and still partially frozen, when some locations give me coffee that is hot on the bottom half. Thanks for being great at your jobs!
