I haven't tried the food options yet other than an occasional coffee cake but I do love the HOT Caramel Cielo but only if made with white Coco instead of whole milk. However, the barista's at new location in Eagle Mountain are still learning. I have had my drinks made iced rather than hot on more than one occasion. I hate to ask them to remake it so I just take then but the iced drink does hurt my stomach for some reason. I will start having them correct it going fw. Also, the customer service is lacking a bit. And i dont understand why they ony have 1 employee working most every time. I always have to request a sleeve and stopper and they will just hand me a folded sleeve rather than putting it on and offer a large cup full of stoppers fore to dig one out. This makes me wonder how many other "unsanitary" hands have touched them. The Saratoga Springs location is awesome. The staff is friendly and personable and always make my drinks right or correct it with no question. I still sometimes drive the extra distance to go there. Plus, the drive thru is great earlier in the AM as I hate having to exit my vehicle and walk inside like in Eagle Mountain. I still go to Beans every single day (except x-mas) way better than starbucks by far. I do wish they had more promotions and coupon offers. Especially for regular and loyal customers.

I frequent this store a lot. I love their espresso floats and most of the time the customer service is great. This morning in the drive through the gal working the window was less than pleasant. My husband tried to ask her a question and was given a huffy sigh and an eye roll. Maybe she's having a bad day? Sure, we all have them. But it's not an excuse to flip attitude to paying customers.

Had a super bad experience on a Sunday with the staff today absolutely no justifiable reason for their attitude towards me I am a customer I also sometimes will work and deliver food or it was a little bit odd today you know when I went through the drive-through there’s a young kid and a lot of times when I ordered my drink unfortunately for me I’ve had bad experiences where the drink is not correct and once you have a bad experience like that more than once or it doesn’t taste right and you end up throwing the drink out you want to make sure that your drink that you’re ordering for yourself is correct so I needed the receipt the staff forgot to give it to me or ask me if I want to receipt both and I came in and then a girl with a nasty attitude started questioning me and I thought that was odd I didn’t understand the questioning it wasn’t no justifiable reason for her to question why I bought a drink while I am doing this and I finally asked so what’s your deal and then they said that I was that I am rude I am not rude when someone says he would you like me to repeat the drink order that’s just to ensure that it’s right and of course it was wrong they put a ton of cinnamon powder and I ended up not drinking the drink and then I got scared to drink the drink because I wasn’t sure after the way they treated me once I was inside if they might’ve done something to my drink I thought that was very wrong I’m a good hearted person I went to the Lehi location and told the girl what happened she was kind enough because she knows me I’ve been in her store many many times and Lehi and she remade my drink the right way and she saw that it wasn’t even the right color and she treated me very well your staff an Saratoga Springs at sometimes or another I have not been the best over the last two years please treat customers with respect

Customer service could be a lot better. There is only one girl and guy that are extremely nice. There has been several times where they forget to add espresso in my drink? This is a coffee shop, how the hell do you forget espresso? I love beans and brews but this location is just not it.

Worst coffee house ever! Both of the baristas were extremely rude. We ordered the right thing, the guy who was delivering us the coffees were giving it wrong and denied to fix it when we asked for it. Then we went inside, and asked for the manager, Gwendy claimed she is the manager and was extremely rude to us and super negligent to fix the order. She didn't even apologize for once even though they clearly made the mistake. I'm not going back to this coffee place ever!

Ok. Just ok. I am a big fan of beans and brews and this location is ok. They messed up my order and skimped on the syrup. I always finish my cup of coffee and this one had about two thirds left in the cup when I trashed it. I’m sure there are better places in the area.

Personally, I do not care for coffee, but I do look forward to picking up cofffee for my wife from Beans & Brews. B&B's has the most friendly and helpful staff. Its easy to see that they love what they do and that they are happy to be at Beans & Brews. I look forward to their sincere and enthusiastic greeting and the brief conversations we have whenever I stop by. Great place! And my wife says their coffee is the best.

It was the worst customer service I have experienced,also the staff was rude despite the fact that they messed up our order and had the audacity to say that we need to pay extra for their mistake. I feel corporate should teach the manager how to behave with their customers. As a retail employee myself this sort of behavior is unexpected by the staff member. Overall this store should work towards improving their customer service or choose to shut down the store.

Saying this is the best espresso place I've ever been to will be a falsehood. I've never experienced more ecstasy and love than I have at this spot, in any event, during the crown infection I had the option to get my espresso and go into the drive-through notwithstanding not possessing a vehicle. The individual that addressed me at the window was a strapping young man who got my request with certainty and satisfaction. Everything was simple and speedy, in an espresso business this is by a wide margin one of the most significant things a spot like Beans and Brews can have. I can say I'm so content with my request and I wish I could rate in excess of 5 stars. I can say without a doubt I will be returning sooner rather than later with more requests of water with whipped cream.
