Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

This Beans & Brews is always incredibly fast and incredibly amazing. Not even joking, they are always friendly. Even when I drag myself in with heavy bags under my eyes and I slowly move my arms like a zombie saying, "c...coffeeeee". These people see that horrific sight and still smile and say, "Coming right up!" Seriously, props to Beans & Brews.
Besides that, their coffee is always made exactly how I like it. This Beans & Brews is definitely one of the better ones.

Lattes always taste kind of burned (not sure if it's actually burned or poor quality beans) and the workers are told not to make brewed (drip) coffee after 1pm... at a coffee house... ?

We have come back to this location quite a few times and management seems to have fixed these issues! Thanks, Beans!

Service is slow and coffe tastes bad. The last time I went I asked the girl on the drive-thru what sandwiches I can get on the 3.65 deal because I couldn't see which ones they were besides the pulled pork. She told me she honestly didn't know and when I told her nevermind then she thanked me for reading. I'm not 100% sure what she meant by that but it was rude and I just left without picking up my coffee. That was the last straw I will never go there again. Coffee Creation in Saratoga Springs is 100xs better. They're friendly, fast and the coffee tastes great.

My favorite coffe place. I get the frozen caramel cielo normally medium with an added espresso shot. It's very sweet so if your not a fan of sweet maybe get 2 extra. The coffe shots are pulled perfectly and taste like heaven. Perfectly balanced coffe tatse, not to bitter but just enough. Never burnt and always fresh. We always have great friendly service too. Much better than Starbucks or any other coffee place I have tried.

They were so nice and quick! I forgot to give the clipboard back... we just had a good laugh and went on our merry way!

As a fellow Beans and Brews barista at two different locations, this is the worst service I have experienced of all the locations I’ve been to. Every time I have been through the drive thru I always have to wait atleast 10-20 minutes even when I’m the only car and its not busy. All the employees are pleasant and friendly except Lexi, her service just seems very unprofessional. I’ve been coming to this location off and on since they opened and the service hasn’t improved.

Every time I come here they ask me at the drive through window if I want to leave a tip. If you have to ask for a tip, no one should tip you. This is the only place I've ever been where it's the norm the person working the window will ask. I bet they'd make more tips if they didn't ask.

I used to work for beans and brews as a supervisor for a year and a half. I understand it can be a hard and fast paced job. However, I also know the menu and recipes, and I don't like being told that a frozen white mocha isn't possible. The most popular drink on the entire menu is the Frozen Mr. B's, which is a white mocha with Irish cream. They told me the frozen latte base is made with dark cocoa, which is not the case. There's no cocoa at all in the frozen latte base. only one person had a headset on, which makes it take much longer to get orders out, and also means only one person can hear the orders, so if errors are made, nobody else can hear to fix it or correct them. Very kind staff, but very slow and didn't know really what they're doing.

My favorite B&B location by far -- friendly and efficient staff, perfect music volume, and great layout! It has that perfect coffee shop ambiance whether you're looking to study, work, or chat over coffee.

My drink was perfect but the customer service was not. Mornings are hard enough as it is before coffee but add in a snarky attitude from a barista that is probably just having an off day and I will choose another coffee shop to go to in the mornings.
