Stopped by to get some caffeine and was treated to a complimentary (and super delicious, homemade) pumpkin pie! Thank you, Jackie! Thank you to the owner for brewing great team culture alongside great coffee! Thank you B&B!!! And what a sight as i was waiting for my drink: the Timp!!

This place was awesome. First time coming here; it was early in the morning about to drive home back to California. We ordered some croissant sandwiches, a strawberry creme frappe, an iced mocha and everything came out perfect. The girl at the window in the striped pants even made conversation while we were waiting and was extremely nice! 10/10 Will get coffee from here again next time I’m in Utah.

My fiancé and I just got the best coffee we've ever tasted. I got the Mochachino, with some lavender added (hot). And my fiancé got the Mr. B (hot). We both got whipped cream but it wasn't too much at all, (like Starbucks where it makes you feel fat) and it blended perfectly with the coffee !!! The gentleman working the window today April 9, 2021 at 1:15pm was extremely friendly and helpful when we didn't know what to order, and he gave us the best suggestions ever. And the lady that handed us our coffee was sweet as well! Great service, great coffee, our first time being being there! We found out new favorite spot, we'll be back!!!!

I am not a huge coffee drinker but I know I wanted something a bit sweeter. Bryce suggested Mr. Bean and it was the best coffee I’ve ever had. The entire staff was very friendly and happy. Will be coming here again!

Has gone downhill fast. They're too focused on expanding and not focused on quality. They have 2 locations almost a mile apart.

This shop is conveniently placed for anyone traveling North/South/East/West of Pleasant Grove, Lindon, American Fork or Cedar Hills. Unfortunately I am not able to provide a better review at this time for several reasons: 1. COVID restrictions in place disrupt the full experience of this coffeehouse, which is totally out of Beans & Brews control. I will say that I do notice the staff practicing great social distancing practices and are always wearing masks. 2. I have been visiting this Coffeehouse since they opened and have developed a long term relationship with 97% of all the staff. Recently something has happened at this location that has caused noticeably strong reactions. I have noticed that 4 long-term employees have left their employment with Beans & Brews, the remaining long-term employees seem to be under quite a bit of stress and if I'm being completely honest, the new staff do not impress me with their customer service skills or Barista talent. I don't know if there has been a change in ownership at this location or if there was a major change to employee benefits, corporate policy or what, but something significant changed and that's really unfortunate. 3. The Beans & Brews mobile app has recently had 3 major malfunctions which caused customers to lose their reward points, prevented them from paying with the mobile app and receiving new reward points. The app itself lacks certain features that to me would seem obvious and worth-while but isn't necessarily a show-stopper.
For new customers or anyone looking for a good cup of coffee in the area, I don't discourage you from visiting Beans & Brews, you'll find something you enjoy. I would say at the very least, don't expect to be "Wowed" by your visit.

Tall man with like ginger, blonde hair was pretty rude. He was very snappy when asked a question. And I could hear him yelling at the sweet girl who took my order. It's a nice place but for what looks like a senior employee to yell at a younger girl like that just left a sour taste in my mouth she looked ready to cry.

I don't know if I've had an encounter go so poorly in a long time. The incompetence of the staff here was the most impressive part of my visit. Check your order even if they make you repeat it 4 times.

The beans and brews here is awesome. They are about 8 miles further then the one by my house but prefer going here cause its just so yummy. The way they make their frappé here is worth the extra drive.

Dairy free options, flavor options, tea options, etc are way more expansive and customizable than the other shops nearby (Starbucks). House brew coffee and espresso is just straight up better as well. They've got a nice crew here too.

This is probably your best bet trying to find PG coffee for now.
