I don't frequent B&B too often, as I prefer fresh coffee over pre mixed, but I always have a pleasant experience with the baristas at any location I visit, except for this one in PG.

There is a young woman with very short, dark hair, ( I believe a manager) who is never welcoming to anyone.

She doesn't engage with customers.
If you aren't quick to know exactly what you want and don't order in a 3 second time frame (despite the fact that you are literally the only customer there) she gets attitude, rolls her eyes and makes scoffs at you and she never smiles. At anyone.

I don't care to interact with her in person and I can tell by her tone when she is working the drive thru.
Obviously, from my other reviews, I'm huge on customer service. I work in the industry and interact with customers religiously, and know it takes a lot of patience, but if you're the face of a business, even for a single shift, you should make it a lovely experience for people coming by.

Today was the last time I will go there. I always order the same drink and this is now the third time they have messed up my order. Also, when they say “extra shot or whipped cream” it doesn’t mean extra whipped cream. It means would you like to add some. I think the employees should be trained better.

Sweet workers, great coffee. Orders aren't always complete, or correct (especially breakfast sandwiches). The drinks and the service keep me going back, I just wish they had a better system for the food part.

Jake came up with an idea to have an A-frame board that lists one of the employees' favorite drinks every day. I tried his drink called the Golden Golden and it is delicious!

I love this place! The staff is super friendly and they are great with food allergies. I recently moved back to the East Coast and I'm totally going to miss the coffee..... nothing out here compares to the quality and service.

Coffee is delicious! Great sandwiches too! A lot of great options and variety. I was surprised on how large the drinks were!! Overall, my new favorite coffee shop!

The coffee is passable, the employees are nice enough. In the time I've been here, two coffees in, three groups have come in and ordered nothing. One is a woman with 4 pre-teens making a ton of noise, screaming, playing music, disturbing the few paying customers. Another group is conducting a meeting with people on speakerphone. The employees say nothing, like this is normal?

This feels more like a free co-working space / daycare than a coffee house. Overall, the non-customers that treat this business like their livingroom really make for an unpleasant experience, and the neglect from employees over this ensures I won't be returning.

The outdoor equipment is not secure. Causing my family member to burn herself after putting her drink down on the table. It tipped over the table and split her hot drink all over her. The manager did take the table away but we will never come back to this establishment. Careless and negligent.

Just got a coconut milk latte with a touch of caramel, plus a bistro soufflé with bacon, cheddar, and egg. Everything is absolutely delicious! The ladies working there were so kind and helpful with great suggestions. I'm glad this location is open now!
