Got French toast and it tasted like day old bread. Very hard and not even warm. Couldn't even saw through it with my knife. Very disappointing, not at all like I remember a few years ago when I came.

The food was ok, a little pricy ($32 for 2 sandwich combos). My order came incorrect. I informed them and they said they would fix it, but just remade the exact order with the same mistake. Not a good first impression for me.

Clean and nicely decorated interior and exterior, great selection of pastries, entrees, salads, and good coffee. Great smells permeate the space and service is quick casual--order at the counter and food gets delivered to your table. Nice sized patio with great mountain view, albeit on a busy street. BBQ chicken salad has been my favorite dinner so far and I'll definitely be back!

The turkey avocado sandwich that my daughter had was MUCH better than the turkey bacon avocado salad that I ordered. I have come to Kneaders on several occasions but my meal was disappointing today. If I am paying $9 for a salad, I expect that it isn't going to be half full of yellow, bitter, garbage lettuce. The pumpkin spice cheesecake was really tasty. The cashier was also very friendly.

I like the food here but it seems that the staff doesn't care about individual requests. My wife and I eat their occasionally and we order a sandwich that has bacon and onions on it. Every time we ask them to make the sandwich without those items. They say okay, but never fail, they never listen. I went through the drive through today and we ordered the same sandwich, no onions, no bacon. We got it, it had both. We had to tell them to take it off. I know that it is easy to just take it off, but when someone is pregnant, even those smells can cause trouble. However, if I am paying for something, I should get what I ask for.

On a rainy night when all we wanted was some soup, the card reader was broken so it was cash only. The line was so long and we only knew the card reader didn’t work when it was our turn to order. Obviously we don’t carry cash because we’re millennials so sigh. No soup for us. We then had to wait in line just to leave because it was a single lane drive thru. Waste of 20 minutes. 🙃 I’ll update if we decide to come back when their card reader works because who even carries cash anymore?

Husband really likes the half turkey/bacon salad. I shared my turkey sandwich with our 3 yr. old granddaughters because it wasn't available on the kids meal. That would be my only suggestion to add to your menu. Otherwise we really enjoyed it and would come back again. P.S. great samples!

Logan location website advertised “preorder Thanksgiving rolls and pies” and had a special holiday preorder phone line set up. Monday before Thanksgiving, I was caller number 51 and waited on hold to preorder Thanksgiving rolls for nearly an hour. When I finally got the the operator, she informed me “we are no longer taking preorders for Thanksgiving.” Please change your website, the on-hold recording on your phone line, and other sources of misinformation so no one else has to go through the same. What terrible customer service and a waste of my time during the busy holiday week!! Very inconsiderate Kneaders!
