You win, kneaders! I give up coming to your store. I have been here several times hoping for a better outcome. Sadly, I was disappointed again. Every time I order something comes back incorrect. This time, it was no turkey or bacon on a turkey bacon avocado salad. Last time it was muddy, unwashed lettuce on my sandwich. Time before that, it was the core of the Romain lettuce as the majority of my salad.

I was so excited to get some hey some good ol french toast. We wait line for 15 minutes and we get to the front and they are out of french toast i think they were out of eggs or something. Why can’t one of your employees go to walmart and buy some eggs. This place is a discrase

We tried to get the $3 French toast special however they were out. Oddly enough cars in the drive thru were still allowed to order it long after sit down customers were being turned away. Once we got to the front of the line we waited 15 minutes just to be told that it would be another 15 minutes until we could order and 30 minutes after that until we could get our food. Having already waited in line for half an hour we cut our losses and left.

The staff here are cool, but Kneaders is still a pretty mid location.

Dined here on May 16, 2022. I have eaten at this Kneaders a few times over the years. I have always liked the Kneaders here but am getting tired of the dine-in plastic containers and utensils experience. It has been the case since Covid-19. The restaurant was a bit chilly for my tastes but the music on the sound system was great. My Thai Chicken salad was good.

My wife and I have been to Kneader’s A few times, and have always had a good experience, but tonight Ellie blew our expectations out of the park with her kindness. She didn’t do or say anything without a smile and it seems like she genuinely cares about her job and the people she helps from day to day. I hope the managers see this because money can’t buy that kind of customer service or kindness. People this genuine don’t come around often.

It was a long wait in the drive through and when we reached our destination to eat it the Thai chicken salad had no dressing. It’s disappointing to pay 10.75 for a box of chopped vegetables and a few pieces of chicken. The dressing is important!

Edit: Kneaders responded below that they'd "love to make this right" 4 weeks ago and I never even got a response to my email! Maybe this problem is systemic?
This is the worst Kneaders experience I've ever had. I came in at 8am, ordered pancakes and a large iced tea, then gave the cashier a $20. Turns out there isn't cash in the drawer so she can't give me change yet. Ok. Fine. I get it. Stuff happens. Then I grab my cup and go to get my tea while they figure out my change. Ice machine doesn't work. No tea on the counter. I ask the cashier to get me ice from the machine for the drive thru and she does, but when I ask for tea, I'm told they don't have any. Oh, the machine is sitting right there, but they either ran out of bags, or more likely, no one made any. Now, I'm sitting here 30 minutes later having watched my friends food sit on the counter for literally 15 mins getting colder and colder while we wait for them to cook my pancakes and bring us our food. Also, they still have my $20 and I don't have any change. Every other Kneaders I've ever been to has been so great that I look forward to getting breakfast here whenever visiting Utah, but this is completely unacceptable. I just typed all this out on my phone and I STILL don't have my food or change.

I’m an Uber Driver from Salt Lake. Great location fast and easy drive through pick-up. The food was really fresh. The soup was wrapped in a plastic bag if you order to-go so it doesn’t spill. I did wish the store was open for dine in at the current time I was there before I head back to Salt Lake City. Overall thank you for saving and Uber Driver’s life.

They were decently busy and the service was still great! Loved my chicken pesto sandwich!
