My fault for not checking the box before I left, but it didn't seem like a hard order. I didn't have time to return and get the actual items I ordered, and our staff was disappointed. Probably won't go again as there are so many great bakeries in the Logan area, where the person I give my order to is the person that puts it together.
Edit - I should add that when I called the store to advise, they were not helpful at all. Since I couldn't physically get back there to switch items, no other remedy was offered.
2/24/22 adding a star because of corporate follow up. It doesn't change the original experience, but it does make a difference that someone apologized and tried to make it right. We'll try Kneaders Logan again and look forward to a great experioence.
3/1/22 adding one more star as I was able to get the right order this morning for another meeting. Appreciate the follow up.

So slow, hire more USU students. We waited online for the drive thru with only one car ahead of us for 25 minutes. All we wanted were a loaf of their bread and it took that long. Speed it up Kneaders or we won’t be back.

Had the WORST experience at this Kneaders in Logan. They are overpriced, the customer service wasn’t friendly at all. My soup was cold and their AC was on full blast in the middle of winter. They also didn’t have any chicken salad. For a $35 meal for 2 people I expected better. 😭

Big disappointment! We haven't been to Kneader's in a while, and we were surprised at how much it has slipped. Customer service was lackluster at best. It was the lunch hour, and they were out of milk and all but two kinds of bread. The bathrooms were really a mess. The dining room garbage was full to overflowing. The food was so-so. We won't be returning to Kneader's anytime soon.

I was disappointed today. It took 20 mins to just get my cinnamon roll. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes to ask about it and had 3 ppl completely ignore me. I finally spike up and the woman was upset that I spoke to her and said she didn't see my order but she will check. I finally got my roll 5 minutes after that. It was not that busy and I was very patient. I felt as if her attitude was unnecessary and deeming. Then one I sat to eat my roll found out it was not worth $4. Was very dry and hardly any icing. The environment is very nice place to sit and music is good but I was not impressed with the attitude and service.

Nicely fresh baked food. There are many baked desserts to try along with their sandwiches and soups.
Only real compliant is the slice of bread used for some sandwiches. They're much too big for the amount of everything else put between them. Could be that I'm not a huge bread fan where others would enjoy it. Still an OK spot for this type of food.

The french toast was dry and the crust was so hard you could not cut them. But the flavor was still good. The orange juice was bitter and over priced.

Waited for a doordash order for about 40 minutes. They said it would be ready in a few minutes. They could have at least told me the wait would be awhile rather than lying to my face.

Calling this place is such a waste of time. I have called them 3 times today and no one answers. I have called them multiple times in the past as well. There was only one time someone answered and they were extremely rude. Their soups are amazing but customer service is horrible.
I understand if they are busy but having an attitude when you can not answer the phone is so frustrating. Will no longer be supporting them.

Ordered their French toast. Waited 10 minutes for it to come out cold. Syrup, toast, everything. It was also missing the strawberries. The bread was stale and hard to eat. Very disappointing.
