Food is great and so are the desserts. Love the ruben and roasted red pepper gouda soup combo. Best combo ever! When we order from work, there has always been a mistake with our group orders for 8-12 people.
Large orders are a challenge. We keep our fingers crossed for our first error free order. That may sound a bit exagerated but it is the truth. We believe there is a cosmic sun ray causing the problem? This last time our desserts were not delivered, so I called and they explained that the door dash person left a sack with our desserts at Kneaders. They kindly asked if we could pick them up and I told them that since we paid for delivery I didn't think we should have to come pick up the desserts. They agreed with me. After a brief consultation with the manager, we were told the manager would deliver our desserts in about 30 minutes or so. The food is soo good and they do their best to serve and make things right when they make a mistake.

A few things... Out of chicken pesto, soda machine was down, pomegranate ice tea tasted like styrofoam.... One person on expo when obviously more people in the back. Also, not once within the 30 minutes of being there, nobody went to sanitize the tables. Some of those tables turned over a couple of times and I witnessed customers dry wiping crumbs off. We did that too, both tables we sat at. I asked for the first table to be wiped. Nobody came out and we moved spots. The girl asked me which table we were at. I said this one needs to be wiped too, but all of the tables need to be taken care of. In her minute spill of saying that they were understaffed and super busy. Anyone could have taken care of all of them in a few minutes. I was probably snippy and I do apologize for that. The thing is I used to work for Kneaders as a night manager. It seemed like maybe it was staff change happening, other people taking off need to make sure the store is in good shape before the new crew gets on. Anyway, constant sanitizing should be a food safety priority. This happened later afternoon on MLK day.

I don't like sandwiches. But I loved this sandwich. You guys did an amazing job. The girl working the front counter was so nice. She was patient with me and my taking forever in deciding. She told me her favorites and what she would recommend. The service was fast and establishment was clean. Keep up the amazing work you guys. You have an awesome team.

Kneaders is a perfect restaurant for someone who’s fine with limp, brown lettuce in their salads, sandwiches that have been dropped and shoved into a box, and overpriced, dry desserts. The good news is, the building itself is always kept clean and tidy—providing a charming atmosphere like that if any cute bakery. But do not expect the food to be anything more than dismal, and if you dare to complain about brown lettuce be prepared to meet glares that could melt flesh off bones from the employees. Kneaders puts out the facade that they are a cousin to the posh cafes that working people in the city would go to during their lunch breaks, but this could not be more of a lie. They will serve your food with the same unceremonious grace as a regular fast food restaurant, even if the affect it has on your wallet is vastly different.

Kneaders saved breakfast for us. We went to Denny's first and waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Then they said there'd only be a 5 minute wait which was a bold faced lie. We got to Kneaders 5 minutes before their breakfast and all you can eat french toast was ending. They still took our breakfast order and kindly asked if we wanted any refills then before they stopped making the french toast. They were kind, patient, and saved our breakfast that morning. It meant a lot.

Cashier/waitress/future manager made this experience for us. Very friendly and kind while taking mine and my wife's order. Told us that her manager told her to tell us we were super cute when she brought the food. Really made our day! I can't remember how the food tasted, but I will never forget how I was treated, and that is worth the money.

Had a small reunion party outside on picnic tables. A gentle breeze kept us refreshed. Lunch meals fed us. I suggest the lunch box meal.
For dessert I had one of the delicious gourmet eclairs!!
Give them a chance to WOW! you

Good food but frequently out of items (breads, broccoli cheddar soup) and they frequently make errors on our order (wrong salad, wrong salad dressing).
Their prices have gone up significantly over the last several months. $45 for my daughter and I for two salads and two bowls of soup! More expensive than most of the finer dining places in Logan! Won’t be eating here again.

I really enjoy Kneaders Food is great and pastries are delicious. We usually get a chocolate dome and eclairs. For lunch we have tried their salads, soups and sandwiches. You can get any of their cafe sandwiches on a croissant instead of bread. I would recommend that.
The Logan location doesn’t seem to be as busy as the bountiful or city creek locations so unfortunately they have been out of items I wanted a few times because they only planned for a smaller amount of business I think.

It's pretty meh. The people working there are nice but the food is definitely overpriced. I would love to see the employees unionize and turn the cafe into something more fitting of the pricepoint.
